About Damn Time! Only took one year too many! What is it 15 years now that OP was told there was a problem. Don't over think this too long, again. No dumba$$ turn-abouts that cost $50K each. 4 stop signs and 4 speed bumps at 99th Terrace and Grandview, England, and Connell or Wedd. 12 signs, 12 speed bumps. That's it. Hell, I'll do it for them if they pay me with some of that Stimulus Money. Just get it done. Now! Before someone else get killed, and OP gets sued.
