Park Forest just needs to tear down that eye sore they call a downtown. They spend millions each year keeping up with the downtown only to see businesses come in and close there doors several months later, ie the skate shop, the ice cream place. Then they could build some more foreclosure houses in there because no one will be able to pay the property taxes.
