Retired Illinois trooper charged in shooting death
CHICAGO HEIGHTS – A retired Illinois State Police trooper has been ordered held without bond in the shooting death of a man at a Chicago Heights gasoline station.

The guy that is dead used to rent from the tropper , I think the guy snapped because this guy was his Tennant and had been for two years without paying rent and destroyed this mans property ..in no means do i condone what he did but i think this guy snapped

While i dont condone it either, i see how this could happen. I have a few rentals and if i had a gun i might have snapped. Its frustrating and tiring dealing with the garbage out here. The guy probably said something smart in the gas station and the trooper just lost it. Oh well..... It happens
