geez confused in rhinelander, who is the majority in jail in wisconsin as a whole? hmm? who would know? well i do, the over all jail and prison populations in wisconsin is as follows; whites make up 70% of the incarcerated population, and the sick part is that 60% of those whhites are in for a sex crime, so statisticly speaking there is a 1 out of 10 chance that this includes you too, maybe you have'nt been caught yet thou, hope your not so confused now
