This has been in the works for a few weeks now. But I heard that since the retarded kid got knocked out at chicken express, there is a shortage of special needs people and Wal-mart can not find anyone to work as greeters or buggy pushers.
On the bright side, I heard Baby Dolls bought the building and will open up for business at the first of the year.

That's insane!!!! i cant believe that. Maybe they will have to hire 20 year old hippies that smoke cigs all day and still live with mommy. but there is no way those hippies will take the job because they are already banking $150 a week at their sweet office jobs. oh well, maybe they will shut the doors and move to Bogata. i hear there is lots of money in that town.

I applied for greeter, but I could smile without drool coming out the side of my mouth, and I could count to 10. So they turned me away.

I heard Bogata will be a ghost town in another month. The Bogata city council is passing an ordinance banning all trailer homes.

I cannot believe you people would start such a sick site. Not but by the grace of God you are not walking in the special need person's shoes. This is not funny, it's a perverted sickness. How old are you? Children or very immature adults, just as expected.

You are an insensitive jerk and don't come on here claiming that you love special needs people. If you did you would never have started this thread.

Those special needs people have more caring and character in their little pinky than you do in your entire body.

The Paris Wal Mart really is closing. It will happen before 2010. This is real and not a rumor

Kind of weird, since their revenue is pretty high on the stores list. The only way they'd do that is if there was an economic shift in the community. Say if Soup, KC, SL, or the hospital was headed under.

Campbell Soup, KC, and Sara Lee are all closing. All the positions will be outsourced to Tigertown.

Paris as a solo community couldn't justify a lot of the stores. But we draw from a fairly large area, and the SuperCenter is 24 hr, while many of smaller WalMarts aren't. Don't know what the closest SC is north, but Boham, Greenville, and Sulphur Sp. I believe are the closest in those directions. Is Clarksville a 24hr?

I keep thinking about the Paris wal-mart being 24 hour and I cannot justify it being open 24 hours.

I think the best think to do if wal-mart wants to save money is to shutdown every night at 10pm or 11pm and reopen at 6am except for special days like the day after Thanksgiving but then only open at 4 am for the 6 am sales. We don't want people crushing other people for stupid crap.
