Fox News Meltdown

One of the highlights of election coverage was the joy that only seeing all the folks at Fox News have a complete meltdown could bring. Ya see--all you residents of the bubble-- you can run from the real world-- you can deny the facts and support each other in your illusions, but eventually, reality will bite you in the butt. You can claim that all the polls are biased and inaccurate and you can deny global warming, but you will get your clock cleaned in an election and have your planet destroyed by climate change. Karl Rove and Rush Limbaugh are morons who have figured out a way to exploit the ignorant and the fearful for their own gain. Sean Hannity is an evil little man and FoxNews is a freakin' joke. That was pretty funny watching them panic as their well-constructed plan came crashing down around. Unfortunately, the ramifications of their idiocy are not funny at all for the victims of their refusal to listen to science and facts and the dreaded "smart people". But it was amusing watching Rove's head explode.

Agreed. But the most unbelievable thing is that Rove and Dick Morris and Hannity and o'Reilley and all the rest of the clowns will be right back in their places making predictions and the mindless followers will stil believe them.

Fox news repeatedly reported polls that had Obammy leading in the swing states from narrowly to comfortably. They also had commentators from the right, left, and center offering different opinions. All voices were given full view. No boogerman there.

Clearly, you missed their election night coverage and Karl's excuse today that the President "suppressed the vote.". And that the democrats ran a "negative" campaign. What a sore loser.

I watched Fox, NBC, CBS, and ABC. Didn't tune in to CNN. Fox and CBS had the best coverage. Easiest to understand. They were the first to report Ohio for Obama. Realclearpolitcs had the election dead on the day before with Obama ahead by .7% of popular vote. The only suprise I saw was
Wisconsin. I knew Romney had a big problem when they couldn't call Florida.

Those who voted for Obama, congrats on your victory. Those who voted for Romney, keep posting your opinions and work for change, if that is what you want.

Obama vote count: 60,899,400
Romney vote count:57,960,985

Obama had over 69 million votes in 2008.
McCain had almost 60 million. There were over
10 million fewer voters in this election. Obama lost 7.6 million white voters and over 1.9 million black voters. Romney lost 3 million repub votes somewhere and did not pick up any lost by Obama.

Finally do not gloat if you won. The electorial college could have been Romney's with about 200 thousand vote difference in key states. This was a very close election.

If you lost quit complaining. Blame the 3 million who failed to show up and vote in this election.

Well, the Ds did run a negative campaign. And if Rove said the President "suppressed the vote" I'd like to hear that explained.
Romney played not to lose. Obama played to win.
Never been a big fan of the prevent defense when you're up 1 point and a whole quarter to play.

Has anyone noticed that Faux "News", Boortz, and Limbaugh have doubled down on their lies about President Obama? This morning Boortz was comparing the President to criminals including Muslim extremist. Faux "News" was bringing up Obamaphones AGAIN. That myth was disproven years ago and the plan was old before the current President was elected the FIRST time. Rush was ranting about minorities and including women with the minorities. Surely he knows that women are the largest electorate. I wonder if Rush owns a mirror. He is frequently commenting negatively about the appearance and morals of females. Any man who looks like Rush and has multiple divorces needs to look at himself before casting stones. He was critisizing Chelsea Clinton's appearance when she was 12 years old -- what a pervert. How can anyone take Boortz and Rush seriously? Those two repeat everything they say several times as if restating their lies will make them true and coherent.
