Suddenlink HD sucks

Has anyone noticed that suddenlinks HD has a pixel problem? I HATE HATE HATE HATE suddenlink! It pisses me off so badly trying to watch TV at night and the picture having all those pixels moving. Suddenlink don't try and say it's the TV,it's new. You people lie,you lie about fixing problems,you lie about your bills not increasing,you lie in your commercials. YOU JUST LIE!

There are also plenty of channels without sound and some that just go black then pixelate back in-usually at a good part during a show!! I'm not a fan of commercials, but they can't tell me that the problem of THOSE being cut off and replaced by a new commercial is THAT channel, because it happens too much. We have had techs out, we have purchased a new modem-which later we were told we didn't even need-we have gotten new boxes for each set-ALL to no avail!! The internet freezes up and a lot of times my son has probs connecting his XBox or iPod. YES-I'm complaining so you smart-asses don't need to get on and tell me how I should switch companies or quit griping. Even with all the problems, FOR NOW SuddenLink is the best value for the money. I'm at a loss on what to do and I hope they either fix it, or a better alternative comes along

I thought my problem of internet freezing up was my computer, but if others are having the same problem, it must be suddenlink. Another problem I have is, when I first try to connect to the internet, it does not connect, then on the next try it does, very slowly. Does anyone else have that problem?

I, too, have wondered why the businesses paying for the commercials will put up with them not being completed, usually interupted by a Suddenlink commercial.

suddenlink sucks i cant get dish at my apartments for tv and internet my bill is 95 a month

Got my bill today. I see they went up AGAIN! This time on the DVR. I am disgusted with Suddenlink!! And their service is not good.

Nope,I don't think so Tina,I've called you all I'm going to. You people lie everytime you open your mouths. I'm looking into other options for tv watching.

I too had the pixel problem, I called them, they reset my dvr box remotely, and poof no more problems. Took fifteen minutes tops.
I'm still not happy with the price, but they did fix the problem.

I'm beginning to think all of the suddenlink haters are people selling the dishes.

Sir,they have done that and more for me and still crap tv. I can assure you I don't sell any dish service,I am self employed but nothing to do with any tv device.

Well, I don't know what to tell you then. I just told what my experience was. I personally think we as a society watch way too much tv, but who am I to judge others. There are some days our tv never gets turned on. Those are the days we are more productive too.
