I wentg into the Box this morning and tried to just get a small order. The woman at the window was rude, inconsiderate and hateful. She said she was the manager, I asked for the district manager and his number. She gave me the STORE manager's name and the STORE'S number. Her parting words were to ask me to leave her drive thru. Do you believe that? I called and they told me they couldn't give out that info and I asked for the corporate number and they gave me 800 525 5225, a SEX LINE!! I called back mad as heck and the manager was in. I blasted him and he gave me the correct number to corporate. I called and they assured me the general manager and district manager would be advised and actions would be taken. I told her that if that is the best they can do, Close the doors, and get out of town. We don't want or need another restaurant to treat us like crap. I also told them about Topix and look for feedback from this topic. SPEAK UP PARIS, Tell Jack how it really is.

I kinda expect crappy service from a fast food place. My advice is to not eat fast food.

I like Jack in the Box food, but their service is so bad I refuse to go to the one in Paris. I sat in line over a half hour the last time I went and I was the second car back from the window.

What good would it be if Jack In The Box closed? The people that were rude would still be here just at some other fast food place. I say keep it open and keep those people there so we at least know where not to go. if they closed and moved somewhere else it would just ruin that place too.

If you get spam does that mean they really like your comments? I love spam, so I am guessing this is a good thing?

LOL, you must work at that Jack in the Box. So you want to reward people with a poor work ethic by allowing them to keep their job? That's one reason this country is so screwed up. Nobody is entitled to a job or government assistance.

My wife and I went to eat there about 2 months ago, we walked up to the door and it was locked. It was about 2 PM. One of the employess came over and opened the door after I kinda beat on it, and said that they were short handed and they had to close the lobby, but I could use the drive thru. I told him that if I wanted to use the drive thru, I would have went there in the first place. I called to talk to the manager but he acted like he was too busy to listen to me, so I called corporate and voiced my complaint. I haven't been back to that place since.

I love a sourdough Jack and CaptinKrunch loves the tacos and eggrolls. Huh that sounds good right now. Holla

He's hired several young nelly queens who use and deal ice when they aren't working. Have no problem with them being gay, just don't like drug dealers and drug addicts. It's to the point now where you don't get ketchup unless you ask for it.
