All the patients were transfered to other home health agencies, which are way better than Delta. They pay us every two weeks when Delta was once a month.

Y'all...she's doing the best she can...yes I worked for her and yes my check didn't come on time either...and trust me I know its hard when you depend on that check to get by....but...think about Andrea too...she lost her mom and had all of this put in her lap to deal with, she's carrying a very heavy load right now, I know it doesn't pay the bills, but trust me she's every bit as human as we are and is trying to get things taken care of...she's always been a woman of her word to me so, just give her a little time and patience please!

now first of all delta had time to pay i talk to molinas and they told me they paid delta.and wanted to know what happen to the money too.so yes school was starting and it was hard trying to buy for three children but God blessed me to make it.but the fact is they had time to tell everyone before they closed .guess what they didnt and that's against the law so they owe each person for the time they didnt tell them.they had sixty days for 50to100 workers they never told anyone.I found out through my little lady i worked for.yes i feel bad for her but guess what i feel sorry more for myself.i lost my place because they didnt pay.on the street i go and three kids by the grace of God he see me through every day.now u can file on delta they can't hide i've filed their coming for the owner and anyone involved so get ready.

Have to agree they got their money from Medicare /and TX Medicaid from the clients being eligible. So what did they do with the Governments Money? That is a Felony not to pay your employees who are sub contracting for the government. I'm sure they will have to pay the government back, but since care was rendered the government should reimburse those who did the care and work. I believe they will, but as slow as the government is in such matter it could be 6 months to a year. Lots of truck drivers who drove I've read were not being paid after weeks of driving. But they were not paid by the government. You just don't mess with government money like you do with any business's money.

It's not right that the CP employees were not affected by this and Delta employees took the fall. Sickening how these poor people basically got treated like the Speedy Stop employees did. Show up for work and find a lock on the door so to speak.

I feel so sorry for Connie's daughter. Sounds like a real mess. I'm betting that 2 things happened.....that Molina was a very slow pay and that she had levies.

One of the group homes for the mentally challenged simple stopped paying their ridiculously low rent, while workers said they were getting 20hrs when they worked 30. I knew this was going on with some trucking firms, not paying them after a haul, but to abandon the helpless people is pushing my buttons and pulling strings. I will not divulge the name of this place so don't ask. I did find out why area psychiatric wards will only let people 55 or older in. They want to make sure they have some form of insurance, and are not users. So hospitals can turn away different class's of people and this will continue. Hopefully those who cost a lot to keep alive want be sacrificed to the new Obama care team.

Sometimes with a company like that it takes months to collect from the government for their patients! Thanks to all you Obama voters it now can take around 6 months or they wont pay at all and unfortunately payroll, utilites, ect. dont stop coming while they are waiting on that money!!!! Thats why they cant pay you they are waiting to get paid themselves, however he will probably get reelected and so its only going to get worse so more dme's and home healths will be forced out of business!
