Call the Texas Workforce Solutions and ask for the phone number who looks out for the worker. hen call and report them IF they did in fact not pay you. My understanding is it's against the law to not pay employees. They should have an amount set aside to cover an average payroll, because in their line of business it can happen that Medicaid, Medicare or an insurance company might delay their payment(s). Good luck and just give your bank, landlord and the grocery store your employers home number in case they need to verify why you are floating the money you owe each of them.

Delta has closed down for good and owes their employees for the month of July and two weeks in August. I'm really upset because I have bills to pay. They have had all their phones disconnected so there is no way to contact them.

That is horrible, I hate that they screwed over their employees like that. Is Critical Provisions connected with them?

I thought they were but when I called they claimed to have no connection with them anymore. There are rumors floating around about bankruptcy. They owe me over $1,000. My bills are due and school is starting next week. This has to be against the law!!! I'm going to Texas Workforce to file a complaint asap.

Did some of the delta employees not get to transfer over to CP? They used to be one and the same. Heard they just hired some people.

Then that OWNER needs to pay the employees they stiffed at Delta. How can they hire people at CP and let the Delta people take the fall? Nice.. people in Paris, keep this to the top.

This whole situation w Delta is wrong. They owe me for July and part of Aug. Just like others i have 4 kids, 3 of which are in school. Bills are due. How do we survive?
Whoever owns it just pocketed the money. THATS FRAUD and LABOR LAWS VIOLATIONS.
We all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit if nothing else. I am game. Who else is in? We worked for that money and we deserve it.

I am a single mother of 2 kids who also are in school. My rent, car payment, water bill, light bill, and daycare are due and its really messed up how they are screwing us over. I have been talking with a lawyer and she advised that this is illegal and they will have to pay up eventually...

CP is Critical Provisions. They were owned by the same person and she passed away last year. The business has been headed downhill for a couple of years now and has just gotten worse until the former owner's daughter finally closed it. Sorry for all of those who are not getting paid. That is just wrong.

Critical Provisions.... But when you call them they act like they have no idea who to call or anything. They were owned by the same people who owned Delta. Last month they called the day before payday to say we wouldn't be getting paid and now there has been no phone call or anything. The lady from CP said that letters were mailed out but its a bunch of bull because I and another employee didn't receive one.

Everyone i have called has said its a good possibility we will never see our pay because delta is filing for bankrupcy. Thats bull.
I am not sure what to do. Maybe if we (delta emplyees) get together and work together either by a class action lawsuit or go to the Attorney General for medicaide fraud. Medicaide and medicare paid delta i bet.

I went to TWC and got a wage claim form which has to be notarized and mailed to Austin. I believe alot of people are doing it because the lady already knew what company I was talking about when I asked for the form.

Critical Provisions has posted a sign on the door saying "do not enter to discuss anything about Delta Home Health". I'm all cried out! I serve a great GOD and I no that he will take care of me and my kids.

Y'all all should organize a protest and go picket Critical Provisions since they are the same people. Maybe a little publicity would make them pay up.
