The Turner Industries trial is being held in Marshall Texas today but neither the Paris News nor E Paris has mentioned it. They haven't even mentioned that a second lawsuit had even been filed. They want to keep Paris citizens in ignorance. If the second group of employees win like the first ones did, the Turner Industries plant in Paris will close.

So, who all filed against them this time & for what reason ?
Its a very large group of about 200 but I think some of them are employees from the Louisiana plant. The claim is racial discrimination.

Just because you dont care doesnt mean everybody else doesnt care. Over 500 people will be added to the unemployment list. The only people who will be able to pay their bills are the ones who sued.

If its workers are from the Louisiana plant, then why would the Paris plant be closing???? You are just trying to start rumors and gossip. Leave these hardworking people alone who are just trying to make a living for their families. Go sit on your butt and collect your welfare check, BUCK!

Ooooooooooooooooof course it is, Crow!

It is always about you and your group of lazy asses that don't want to work and would rather sue than to make an honest days wages. I am sure half of your sorry family is on the class action. Is it really "class action" if they all have the same name, Crow?

Get a job. No, you better not. I am sure you will sue the pants off the next company stupid enough to hire you just to meet their quota of dumbazzes. Hey Jim, go to hell jerk!

It hasn't been mentioned cause everyone is sick and tired of hearing about lazy-asses pulling the race card. Do your job and stop abusing the system by crying discrimination, it's been played out, no one wants to hear that crap anymore

I said some of them are from the Louisiana plant. If the workers win again, the Paris plant will close. Thats not a rumor, thats a fact. But I do understand now why the Paris News and E Paris don't bother enlightening you. You prefer to remain ignorant. You can't handle anything beyond the fair coming to town or your local dancing with the wanna be stars.

That's funny. Where did you get the info? No mention of it in the Marshall papers either. No mention of it anywhere.

Sorry, that is incorrect. Lawsuit article on 02.01.2011 in Paris News. I didn't check EParis. This inaccurate information gives you zero creditability.
