Ambassador Chris Stevens did not have a Marine detail in Benghazi, Libya. But White House Senior Advisor and Obama confidante Valerie Jarrett has a full Secret Service detail on vacation in Martha’s Vineyard, according to Democratic pollster Pat Caddell.

That’s the pathetic foreign policy of the Obama administration, says Caddell today in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News.“Jarrett seems to have a 24 hour, around the clock detail, with five or six agents full time,” Caddell explains.“The media has been completely uninterested. We don’t provide security for our ambassador in Libya, but she needs a full Secret Service security detail. And nobody thinks there’s anything wrong with this. And nobody in the press will ask. What kind of slavish stoogery are they perpetrating here?

“This country has reached the point of absurdity. There are people dead because we don’t have security details for them. But she’s privileged to have a full Secret Service detail on vacation?”

And the places that had military guards, the military weren't allowed to have bullets in their weapons. Bryan Terry and his co-workers weren't allowed to carry weapons either. Guess obama wanted those weapons to go to Mexico.
This is THE most senseless administration ever!

I am very disappointed with the US right now. That we have enough people that would follow this guy right to our destruction.

It is a sad sad shame. I hope we are better than this come November.

Are you serious? Really?!!

This isn't new and it's been known by most people. I do not intend to dig in the news sources to prove to you that Chris Stevens and no other ambassadors had military guards. The fact is that the few guards they did have were not allowed to put ammo into thier guns. Excellent foresight of the obama administration, hun?
The one about valarie jarret came to light a few weeks ago. As usual, the obambots tried to justify it.

No matter how you look at it, obama thinks more of his "aide" than those in the spots around the world where it's really dangerous. Why would any one want to kill her?

Bottom line is that obama is a sorry, miserable failure and nothing will change that. He now has blood on his hands.

"Known by most people" is not a credible source, nor is anything you say. The fact that you refuse to provide a source furthers the notion that you're talking out of your ass. Until you provide a source, I'll continue to think you're full of shit, just like always.

Sudan just rejected American request to increase security at embassy :
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/09/...

Apparantly, the host nation has the right to decide the level of security at our embassies.

If the Sudanese Embassy in Washington DC wanted to arm its Sudanese guards with rocket launchers and anti-tank guns, do you not think the U.S. would have something to say about that? It works both ways.

Since you're so big on sources, find one that says it isn't true.
I've heard on the news about all this. If you don't watch or listen to the news, that's not my problem. If you, as usual, want to try to pick something apart the doesn't support your god obama, then you find it.

It seems like obama's "charm" has worn off in the mid east.

actually, even Wiki has an explanation - the Marines have a battalion that does the security for consulates and embassies.

remember Iranian embassy in '79? some marines were killed and taken hostage then.

here's a link to the actual marine website talking about this group :

I guess the memorandum from the Deputy Director of the Marine Liaison Office of the House of Representatives is just another "news spinning worker?"

So you made an allegation without sourcing it, I provided a source that refutes yours, and your response is "that proves nothing?" I can see why you're a conservative christian.

I certainly agree with your last statement. I do believe it reflects on our foreign policy. This is especially true when our President recognized the Muslim Brotherhood and had meetings with them and with Al-Qaeda. He even invited President Mohammed Morsi to the White House in July. The same Morsi who did not immediately send in troops to keep our embassy in Egypt from being overrun.

Hey, Brainless Twit, the embassies are sovereign territory that belongs to the foreign nations. It is not U.S. soil. They can do whatever they see fit. However, they know we do not and will not breach their property. The need to arm for them is not there. It IS a fact in other countries where the sovereignty is threatened regularly. Now, sit down you damn Obama ass kissing stooge!

I heard several news reporters and former service people say that that was US soil the embassies were on. I remember that from long ago and it is supposed to be respected as such.
Do you or anyone think that if a bunch of Christians and Catholics attacked one of their embassies here, they'd shrug thier shoulders and say "Oh well, it's US property and they can do what they want on it."
