If he is 44, why is he living in a retirement complex that is supposed to be for those 60 and older? They have turned down other people who were not yet 60, even if they wanted to live with a relative that was over 60. If they are so strict on the age limit, then someone should have to answer for this. And no, I do not want to live there. I just think everyone should be treated the same.
With 2961 Facebook friends you can get into any apartment. I'm not one but some familiar faces. Seriously now what did the boy do to get Federal charges. Not sign up for Obama Care.

If you want to know what he was into why don't you go and ask some of his "after hours" customers what was going on at Crosswire? He's been shady for a long time and everyone who's taking up for him aren't even believeable.

Ahh he got caught with a gun. From all the publicity you would think he killed someone with it. Talk about "over kill" on a story. shheeesh

I was wondering the same thing. Do you suppose he claimed some sort of disability that allowed him to live there?

My guess is that that just happens to be the charge they can hold him on right now -- I suspect "a" gun is just the tip of the iceberg.

Don't know how he managed to live there unless he is helping with maintenance or something as part of the deal. According to Eparis news he was selling guns out of that apt, not just in possession of a firearm which doesn't seem like such a big deal (except he is a felon) Wonder what all the old folks thought of all that comotion?

He's definitely being targeted. They claim "where there's smoke there's fire." it is rather interesting that that Crosswire was puchased by the "legal" drug dealing family Granny and her ilk who used to own Sweet D's. Of course "legal" is no longer legal, and her vehicle and Morningside house and bank account were all seized also by the Feds some months back. Connection?

Of course he is - all felons are targeted. I'm glad they are targeted because nearly all felons keep committing more felonies. Just like in his case or he wouldn't have been arrested on federal charges. You know they (the feds) don't just make this stuff up - they have the evidence to convict or he wouldn't have been raided at his house/apartment.

He is a convicted felon not a Sunday school teacher. If he was free of guilt there would be no reason to cop a plea on a felony - maybe a misdemeanor -but not a felony. I would rot in jail before I ever plead guilty to a felony without having my peers convict me. No one with any logic unless maybe they were already a felon facing more jail time for being caught again would you ever accept a felony - unles of course you are guilty.

Speaks of his character and many others on here taking up for him.

You and cash seem real concerned about him liking prison and dropping soap. Why don't the two of you go shower together and soap each others butts. What does that have to do with having a fire arm? Now if he were a child molester he might get killed in prison, but you two seem fixated on your on fantasies. Stick to watching ozz boys.

Can some one please explain something to me?
Dallas Tx topix has 10 threads that have been posted on in the last 24 hours. Sherman TX 2, Tyler Tx 4, Hugo Ok 6, Clarksville Tx 6, Paris TX 40. Yes I said 40 for Paris. Can someone explain how out of the entire region, big city/small town it don't matter that Paris Tx has more pathetic people that live on Topix and thrive on drama and meddling in other people business than any where else? For a town that has a church on almost every corner how do we have this many low life's?

You are the perfect example of the low life I was talking about. You just had to respond didn't you. Must have felt my post was directed at you. This is my 4th post ever on topix. And now you have posted numerous times on our fair site. We (Parisians) don't understand why so many out of towners stay on our site ALL the time making many of the threads and posts you are speaking about - what is your draw to here. I think you and the non-Parisians have a1st grade mentality and need to find a purpose to exist and thus you stay oon our Paris site non stop.
