Curious, I have several properties. Is there a particular school district you would prefer?

If this is a Bell or Diaz, no thanks. Otherwise yes.

If you are a Bell or Diaz, you know why I would NEVER rent to you. Maybe if you could stay off the beer and drugs and actually pay attention to your kids, but I know your a selfish piece, so don't ask around my area to rent because I telling everyone how you are.

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house. I would also consider a duplex. Anywhere in the area is fine, just something that's nice. Thanks!

First off, they don't pay, when they did, it was 2 months late, the yard was always filthy, the kids left home alone ALWAYS when not in school. I hope they learn and change their ways.... Good luck

What price range are you looking for?
I would like to stay in the 500-600 a month price range. It's just me and my son. And I am always on time with my rent and always take care of everything, if that helps!

Didn't I see in the obituaries where Mr. Snow had died. Maybe it was a different Snow.

I disagree! My mother has rented from Jim and his wife Anita for quite a few years and he could not have been nicer or more helpful to her. My mother is in her 80s, and I live 18 hours away, and am so grateful that Jim is her landlord because I know she's well taken care of. I lived in the home with my mother for over a year and I appreciate Jim very much as a landlord.
