So glad to hear a positive response! I know that they are going thru a "transition period" in some areas and are doing their very best to provide good, fair customer service.

They need to teach their salesmen that when you ask for a cash price on a car, the term "down payment" does not apply.

You can tell him that I was so disgusted with that obnoxious loud Ford ad on Topix that I would not even consider looking at a Ford.

At least Ford refused a bail out while GMC and Crysler will never pay back what they borrowed. Sounds like good business, and the new Fords are better than ever.

LOL, isn't that the truth! They can't seem to grasp that concept!

It's like trying to stike a deal with the 3 stooges. The only way I would ever obtain a vehicle from them, is if they GAVE it to me! LOL, and then I would take it elsewhere for service issues. After my experience there, I looked up reviews of them on-line. Evidently, I should have done that BEFORE I went there! There word means nothing and neither do their written quotes.

Ford has a good product. I'm not saying the dealership is good, just the product. I like Ford, have owned several just won't deal with this dealership.

you sound like the kind of "customer" that definetly wouldn't be missed. I'm sure they will appreicate you taking your bad attitude elsewhere.

Nope, I'm not, just a customer and someone who sees people like you out in the public. You think you are so intimidating, but actually you just make yourself look stupid.

Look there are people that use dealers and the services they provide and people that dont and never will as they dont see the value in it. It is a personal decision, I worked at dealerships back in the day and the more frequent a customer visits the better the service they recieve. Complain about everything or go with a bad attitude and you will recieve service that goes with the attitude. Most people can read and if you think the labor rate is too high then seek service elsewhere. I do. You have a choice.

I really didn't see anything in that post that would make me think the person was trying to be intimidating. He/she was just commenting on his/her perception of car salesmen. I know there are some good car salesmen out there, but you must admit that it seems that the majority fit the poster's description pretty well.
