Mad Parent wrote: <quoted text> I know that there was at least 20 cars, down that dirt road beside their house,I had to walk down to the end of that road to get my sons truck. Mr. Gentry was outside talking with some of the kids way before the state trooper showed up. There was a few coolers on the porch. I was one of the parents who got a phone call at almost one in the morning. We got alot of info from our son since then. Just because they go to church don't mean they don't do wrong. I know the parent hate it, but you can't tell me that 95% of the people posting here didn't do the same thing back in the day and it was alright back then, lol.

She likes to call the police on her relatives and has posted a lot of nasty stuff about them here. Her old man is about 10 yrs older than her so doubt she gets anything unless it's from her vibrator. I feel sorry for that vibrator! I bet she uses a high power tool!!

I remember when the would have beer busts down in the park in the summer when I was about 16 and a beer truck would pull up and they had taps on the side of the truck, you would get a plastic cup for next to nothing and all the beer you could drink, this of course was right before the Drinking and Driving campaign, back when the cops would just make you poor out the beer in the late 70's and I never had a problem getting beer back then. keefer didnt either

I used to go to parties, but the parents didn't allow it and look the other way. Just because I used to think it was cool to go to underage parties, I will not give my child permission to have them.

I have allowed my kid to have one of these parties. Not the same scale but several kids ( and by kids I mean 19 year olds home from college) at our house. There was always a couple of kids that did not drink ( not all the kids at these parties drink) and everyone slept in my living room. I did not condone the party, but parents are put on a horrible position. Our kids talk to us far more than we talk to our parents. So we either have the party or know they are out there somewhere drinking. No good answers. The Gentry's are great people. I feel like all the people on here with there opinions don't have kids or they aren't talking to them.

I have not heard that one kid left that party after they had been drinking and drive home. Anyone care to argue that point? I know when the party was at my house no one drove. In fact, the kid who was arrested had several charges and Public intoxication was not one of them. I know my kid was at the party and was not drinking.

Just come anyplace in Blossom and ask for Cash - you will be pleasantly surprised at your welcome.
