Bruce Larkin, Taylor Clark, Ryan Finch: Constantly being arrested, charged, jailed for either drunk, assault, drugs, failure to identify, stealing, carrying prohibited weapons, more drugs and then even more drugs, etc.... then back on the streets of Paris within a couple of days. These clowns should be serving a few thousand years each as much as they appear in the 'Paris News Police Report'. Does the Paris PD have an amnesty program or what? Exactly what 'is' considered "breaking the law" in this town?

The judge does.

If they did not consider it "breaking the law" they would not keep arresting them. April is correct.

How could a person 'not' read what they "just wrote"!!!,(LOL) I just asked a question that obviously you know nothing about or you haven't been around here very long judging from your ..... response.

Whoosh! The point is -- you are blaming the police department for these people being out on the streets, then you say that it's in the paper time after time that they have been arrested. Obviously, the police department is doing its job. However, the police department does not control when prisoners are released. You don't have to have been around here long to know how the judicial system works. The police make the arrest, the judge decides what to do with the prisoner. If the judge says to let him go, the police have no choice.

Police arrest, DA Prosecutes and judges sentence. If we need to draw you a picture, it could probably be done after your nap time. Bring your crayons.

Once their cases get indicted, then the respective cases move to either the district court or county court at law. Many people move through the system and have multiple cases pending when they get to court for either a plea or a trial.

LMFAO Appears to me that the statement/question was asked in a general way but little did the poster know about the level of intellects that would jump on it from the wrong direction. The most likely answer is that these three fellows are turning snitch to keep their ass out of trouble - Oh Yeah!.. and it ain't the judge that their dealing with either, Now maybe even April can understand it.

This involves several different offices and YES APRIL!, it damn sure does include the Paris PD.

There is a story behind every one of these asswipes and Finch is one of the worse. Too bad the law hasn't put them away for many many years. They have something going for them because to the people that know what they are like it would seem that they are exempt from any long term punishment.
