We haven't had that problem, but we have had others. Suddenlink did not get all the bugs worked out before they implemented this change. And what is the benefit? Add a few more channels so they can go up on the price in six months?

Have to use their stupid box to get the channels they moved and now can't use my VCR or DVD recorder unless I want to record the channel I'm watching. How ridiculous !!! Why would I want to record what I'm already watching ? What other brilliant ideas does suddenlink have up their sleeves? Bet they lose business over this.

I was told that Suddenlink would drop all Fox channels soon....probably September. Anybody know anything about this?

Suddenlink is not dropping all fox news channels. thats the dumbest thing I've heard. If you are having problems then go to the office and tell them so they can send a tech to check out whats going on.

After the changes were made by Suddenlink, sound was missing on Fox Channel 43 on our bedroom tv sets until I installed the digitalink boxes. The boxes also brought in channels 57 thru 65. All tv sets work fine now.

Boxes can be ordered here at no charge.

Or dont take a number and sit there. The numbers are so people dont cut in line.. if you dont like it then dont take one. pretty sure they are doing it to make it easier on the customers and employees

My tv's work fine since I connected the boxes. However, I have one set with a digital tuner, so I didn't get a box for it. I did a channel scan on it, and the new channels came in and the audio returned to channel 43. But now, I can't key in on the remote a channel above channel 16 -- all I get is snow. If I scroll the channels by hitting the channel up button, they'll come in. I can live with it, but it is kind of a hassle. Anybody know where I make the adjustment to correct this problem?

We called Suddenlink about channels 2-13 missing on the boxes. They are coming back to run new cable to the digilink boxes. The two guys that were here checking out the problmes were very knowledgeable and courteous.

If so, you will need to put that dash in when going directly to the channel. If this is not the case, please let me know and I can help investigate a little further. Thank you! I figured that out in theory before I posted, but couldn't figure out where the dash was on my remote. I got it out and looked again after I read your post and found it hidden on the key with 100 on it. It works.

I think they have just messed things up with this change. I am not happy at all with it. How long will it be before they have a price increase to recoup the costs involved?? Why couldn't they have just left it alone?
