I don't think so. She was on a $50K bond, under the name of Michelle Boswell McLoure. I don't think it has gone to trial yet.

Oh, wow I totally forgot the boy from Powderly. That was sad. And then the Cobb boy from Reno that murdered his grandparents(or whas it great grandparents)? Just for some drug money.
How do they live with what they've done ?

I don't know if the number of crimes are worse now, or is there more intensive meanness, or do we just hear about them more because of the internet & a broader news coverage. Maybe it's the change in family values, or commitments within the family structure. So many kids are left to fend for themselves(two parents working, or single parents with little or no help). And the most popular video games are so realistic & intensified with shooting, destroying, & mayhem. Whatever happened to innocence ?
At any rate, I feel as though I led a sheltered life. I would NEVER hit my parents, let alone even think of killing them.

It's absolutely a shame, these kids have literally thrown away their future.
Why cannot people learn from these tragedies ?
Are they so selfish, or immature, or just plain evil ?
I for one, am surely pleased they got caught so quickly.

The latest attack on the lady at the bank's night depository is just another tragic incident of teenage children whose selfish stupidity has caused yet another circumstance in which an innocent society will forever suffer from fear of what worsening problems are occurring in our area. By only grace above , this woman could have been murdered. When are we going to say "uncle". When is "enough " enough ?

It's ashame the woman didn't have a concealed gun permit and shot back at the one who shot into her vehicle. She would have been a hero. Seriously people get a gun permit. It's 45 dollars for the day, bring 60 rounds and the gun type you will be licienced for only. Everyone passes, and it's another 100 for the licience which is good for 5 years after a back ground check. The money is not refunded if you can not be licienced which seems wrong, but it probally pays for the back ground check. The part about locking your amunition in the trunk is often overlooked. Just keep it unloaded and both within reach. And if your stopped for speeding or anything always give the officer your permit with your licience while in the car with both hands in view. Always tell him the location of both gun and clip. A Lamar county dept suggested this of course you could go to the gas chamber if you can not prove they meant to kill you. I don't think they meant to kill her. A shotgun puts out a wide radious of pellets seldom missing at a close proximity. Shotguns are a slow death with peratinitious of the gut and sepsis of every orgain in the body if sever enough. This is just as bad as the kids who came into their schools and shot other students a few years back.

What about the young white boy that was led away in handcuffs at Aiken school after attempting to stab a black female teacher with a pair of scissors on Friday ?
These incidents need to have severe consequences.
I don't want my child to become a statistic. I want her to go to high school, the prom, graduate, then college.

First I've heard that story. Yes, something needs to be done to stop this nonsense.

Another person who was a teenager whenever he shot at two police officers in Arkansas, was Jeffrey Rogers. That was one disturbed kid. He supposedly "kidnapped" his girlfriend, stole a vehicle. He was later convicted of robbery & a hate crime. Then just recently was convicted of stabbing a jailer at the county jail. He's spent half his life in a jail cell. What a waste. He will never be rehabilitated
