You are right, but it is mostly blacks. There is nothing racial about telling the truth.

I think people should be allowed to dress how they want as long as they're not exposing their parts. I don't take for granted the freedom to express myself in that way. Although I don't care for it, sagging is just a form of that. I don't appreciate someone attempting to censor others, but you have the freedom to say what you want.
As far as my opinion, I mean don't come in Walmart only in your bathing suit, but as far as sagging pants, I just look the other way. It's no different than women showing cleavage. There are just different types of fashion, some more offensive than others. Times have changed haha.
And remember we are in Paris, Tx..
heh, i wish more guys would go saggin, i love trippin the not-able-to-chase-me ghetto boyz

I thought those guys with their asses hanging out were gay prostitutes advertising their wares.

Let them sag all they want. While they hold their pants up I'll kick the sh!t out of them. When they try to run their pants will fall down and I'll kick the f!ck out of them some more. I hate all the little bastards no matter what color they are. Welfare drawing, no job having pieces of sh!t.

Just saw this on the news.

"Bus riders in Fort Worth who wear sagging pants have the choice of pulling them up before boarding or finding another way to get around the city."

this yet another example of racism and intolerance in paris. If you have such a problem, why don't you bring it up to the person instead of coming on a forum online and whining like the dirty inbred that you are? Cowardly hillbillies.
That's funny. Every time I see somebody saggin in public I holler "Pull your pants up fool!", never got any flack from it, and they always get embarrassed and leave the area.

I am tired of seeing some people walking around with half their butt hanging out. Nobody wants to see that. Not only that but if you got a belt on and your walking holding the front up REALLY!! I wish our law enforcment would issue tickets for this. I once was told the fad started in the California prison system it let people know who the Bitch was. And no I am not pointing at blacks white kids and other races do it also.If schools allow it then they might as well let girls wear booty shorts to school.
I AGREE!!!! I know one school who does not allow that behavior! They use rope or duct tape to make them hold their pants up. It says to me that they are not "smart enough" or too LAZY to keep their pants up!!! If they had something called "self respect" they would cover themselves up! It's just pitiful....

I once was SO offended that my grocery buggy-boy "to be" was loosing his pants, that I loudly & openly stated...."No thank you, your pants are falling down....I'll let another employee help me with my groceries".
I would say it again if need be.
And, I'm not from the old-school.

Have some self respect and look presentable... For real though.. Who in their right mind would ever imitate a style used by prison gays to advertise their "merchandise"...
