I was there Sat and wondered if anyone has had the same treatment? Rude, rough and talked about probably me & others around in their language. I had a new set put on a couple of months ago in Houston and the girl kept asking where I got my nails and tried to pry them off since I wanted a new full set. This is the first and last time I will go there and only went on a friend's recommendation. I will stick to a real salon from now on that speaks my language and appreciates my business.

Unless you understand their language you DO NOT know they were talking about you! They are very helpful and very good. Maybe it was you that was rude! You can tell they are good by how busy they are :)

I was there on Saturday also. Were you the girl on the cell phone talking loud? Everybody in the whole place could hear you. Nobody wanted to hear about your freaking yard sale or the price you were asking. The people there are VERY friendly. If you would have got off the damn phone long enough you might have noticed. PEACE

...finding a good nail salon where anyone speaks english. And I don't care what they speak as long as they do a good job on my nails. I go there all the time and have never, ever been treated rudely. They go out of their way to be nice and are really very funny sometimes.

Sorry but I have to agree with the first post. The first couple of times I went to Fancy Nails they weren't rude to me, but were rude to other customers. Then my nails started to look bad and they were rude to my daughter. She asked for a second coat of clearcoat and they yelled at her and said they couldn't do that. So, we've started using Pretty Nails by Petco and really like it. Very friendly and spacious environment (and my nails look great). Good luck finding a new place. To each his own...

Fancy Nails owners are truly some of the nicest people you could ever meet. I've seen some really snotty people in their salon & they are very patient to the rude customers and always smile. I agree that they are funny. They have awesome personalities if you take the time and make the effort to get to know them. They even offered one time to come to my home and do my daughter's nails because I had just had surgery and was still weak. My daughter was to be in a wedding and they didn't want me to have to wait, so they made a house call out of the goodness of their hearts. Extremely nice folks!

I'm sorry if you didn't like Fancy Nails. I have been going there for over4 years and I absolutely adore every one of them. I have always had C.T. do my hands and Lindsy do my feet. When Lindsy was pregnant, Lin did my pedi. My mom likes Lin for herself, but the fact is, it doesn't matter who you get. They are ALL family and sweet, sweet people. I have seen some real Biatches come thru there, how they put up with them I will never know. If you had to have your nails pryed off, I would say that's a good nail job! We each have the right to choose our own nail salon, I choose Fancy Nails!
By the way Thank you C.T., Lindsy, Tony, Lin, and Mom for the fabulous job you have done for me and many others.

I have tried several nail salons and after using Fancy Nails I was sold on them. They all are so kind, friendly, and willing to do exactly what the customer wants. They do a beautiful job on both the mani and the pedi. One thing that I have noticed is how clean their business is and this is more than I can say for some of the other nail salons. I will never change THEY ARE GREAT!

Tony is the only person that will ever do my nails again. He is the best.

When I walked in, the sign at the front reads "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."
WTF! It means if they don't like you, when they first see you they will kick you out.
The prices are more expensive and the nails don't last.
End of discussions.

Businesses have to display that sign to be able to remove someone who is disrupting their business or causing a problem.

At fancy nails, they're extremely rude to you if you're not white.

And sometimes they are even if you are white. My little girl and I went to get nails done not too long ago and didn't have a good experience.

I've only been to get my eyebrows done, & I always love the results! They're always friendly & nice! My daughter is taking me today to get my nails done. Would always give them 2 thumbs up for good service, friendliness, & being quick, but not too quick!
