The next Pope, the 112th Pope will be the last Pope. He will usher in the Anti-Christ.

According to an Irish Bishop. I just read that somewhere again a minute ago. I'd heard it before.

Think it's going to be hard being the new anti Christ. Everybody already knows your name.

Whatever some parts of the bible have been manipulated to suit the churches views and such blah blah blah.

Just don't start worrying yet. The new tb will kill us all before demons and w.e else they tell you nowadays will.

I don't know if it will or not. Neither do you. I wouldn't plan for it, but it is kind of an odd coincidence on timing of the popes and the myans.

St Malachy has predicted the last 9 popes correctly. After Benedict is to be Puetro Romanus , Perer of Rome . The doubters will still doubt till their last breath . That is okay . Next pope if Malachy is correct will call himself Peter and will be Roman and will be the Antepope that opens the door wide open for the antichrist.

Interesting times.

The next pope will be the 266th Pope, numbnuts. If you're going to base your life around silly superstitions and ancient myths, at least try to get the verifiable facts straight.

It's not a matter of basing your life around "superstition."

Do you realize how condescending and sarcastic you are? I understand skeptics. I understand belief and disbelief.

What I don't understand is why it feeds your ego. You can be as nasty as the cult types to coerce people away from their beliefs, which is as abusive as the ones who try to guilt and shame you for disbelief.

You try to shame and guilt people into disbelief.

I heard yesterday that there are speculations that the next Pope could be an American. Wonder who that might be? I'm not Catholic so I don't know anything about the lines of succession or any of that.
As I said, it was speculation.

That would meant the other 11 have lived some really, really long lives. One Pope only lasted 13 days and died, so obviously your post is full of misinformation and untruths.

This is the first time in 600 years that a Pope has stepped down, so there you go.

I totally agree that people of faith are sometimes ridiculed and scorned by some unbelievers, for whatever reason. The person who feels it necessary to try and put down people of faith may have some underlying bitterness or maybe a feeling of superiority, IDK, but they come off as arrogant and condescending to those who observe their behavior. Certainly, not honorable.

No pope is allowed to take the name Peter. Any Catholic schoolkid knows that.

Obammy executive order?
Also, the prophecy may not refer to a "taken" name.

Maybe he doesn't have to take the name. Maybe that's his birth name.

Maybe it's the other way around.
