Omg six bid! After everything I've heard about you and how you have treated your own children? You want to get on here and talk about others? You are one poor soul. I bet this is the only thrill that you get everyday . I feel sorry for you, really.

If they are renting the home and are upset it's being sold then they should be upset with their landlord for not telling them sooner they were thinking about selling because maybe then renters themselves could have bought it. To be angry with the buyer is not realistic.

In Texas a property owner does not have to disclose the selling of a property to a tenant.

of course they aren't required by law but lots of landlords will ask a tenant if they would like to buy before looking for a buyer elsewhere. but in no way is the tenant not knowing, the buyers fault or responsibility

Your right some will, But by looking at the state of the house in question along with a few other tells. It is obvious these people could not afford to do so.

What is this all about, the spelling is awful, grammar awful, I think it is about someone who has many children. She cannot afford her rent if she goes to a larger house.

You damn 47% need to get a life. Why is this our problem? Put them out on the street for their bad judgement. If they were making enough money and educated and closed their legs they wouldnt be in this situation. They are responsible for their actions.

I thought in Obama's Untied State of Welfare, we workers ought to be catering to the lazy trash who refuses to work. Isn't that what redistribution of wealth is all about? Heck, I was was on welfare, I'd vote to keep that sorry sucker in!! Big ole sugar daddy.

Sadly the house is way beyond destroyed. Me and my wife stopped by and took a look inside. The wood floors and totaled the carpet (what's left) looks like buckets of Grease were dumped all over, maybe 1 or 2 panes of glass left unbroken graffiti all over the walls saying "I'm going to miss you house we had good times" obviously done out of spite that they had to move! I hope there is a way for charges to be pressed against these people, They left they're names all over the house won't be hard to nail them!

These people are sick, if you know anyone in the real estate biz, warn them about this!

So what's their names ? At least their initials. I would hope they don't move to our neighborhood any time soon.
Seriously though, there are lots of renters that destroy & tear up homes & most don't pay their rent, but they sure find money for their cigarettes & beer. What is really hard to grasp is when they trade in their food stamps for less value just so they can pay for that six pack or carton. I've seen it done at Wal-Mart.
They moved just right down the st at a huge house on the corner of sixth SE. Grey house.not to far past the post office. I hope they don't tear up that house to.
