Therefore, a period was not required in their post. I don't believe that there was a complete, much less coherent, thought anywhere in their post.

Did it ever occur to you that whoever owned the house didn't make the payments and the bank took it back? Most likely the owner was taking your friend's rent and not using it to make the mortgage payment. To say that they bought it because of some kids is just silly. I can't believe you even believe that, Next place they live I hope someone will call CPS if the children are not being watched properly.

If you are renting a house, the owners of the house has no reason to consult you about whether or not they will continue owning the house. Liberty probably bought it either as a foreclosure or because it was such an eyesore and a pain to deal with. Could be, that they may need more space for parking, either way, it's not up to renters to decide. The renters can move on...just like thousands of other people have had to do when the property they're renting is sold. That's call BUSINESS in
AMERICA....where are YOU from?

If the house in question is the yellow 2 story house behind the bank, I think it's a good thing they have to move. They have destroyed that house! I used to live in it and kept that house and yard immaculate. Now the yard is filled with junk, trash and debris, every window is busted out and boarded up and I can only imagine what the hardwood floors look like. The current owner possibly sold it to the bank to get out of that mess since the property owner has very little legal ground to stand on when it comes to renting tenants. Look up Texas squater laws for an example, the squatter almost has more rights than the owner! So an easy way out would be just sell the property to an entity with the muscle to deal with it and cut your losses. The real loser is the house here, it will probably be demolished now to expand the parking lot, and its sad because it is one of many houses in Paris that have a lot of potential to be a beautiful home that has fallen to a state of disrepair.

Difficult as it was to decipher this mess, why does your friend have a lot of children? I would say there was more than one incident of harassment by the "friends." Banks don't usually buy houses over one little incident. Let me spell this out for you -- if it's the kids' friends, and the kids go somewhere else, so will the friends. The bank has solved the problem. If your friend doesn't want her house sold out from under her, perhaps she should make her kids and their guests behave themselves.

Sounds like your "friend" is just white trash that tore the house up and doesn't watch their kids. Landlords beware, they will be looking for their next squat.

I gave one of those kids a ride home once from school. She couldn't get hold of anyone after a school program. She never said thank you or anything. When I realized the house she was talking about, I thought years ago when we moved here, that house was beautiful. When I dropped her off I was shocked. Setting the house on fire would have been the best option for it. I don't know who even owns that house and felt sorry for them.

Well lol I live near and see all the mess out there daily. They stay up most of the night and there are tons of teens" young teens smoking , cussing and being very loud all day and night! These are not little kids these are ones that should know better. Most are in high school. Not to mention the parents ride a loud DIRT BIKE up and down the street like idiots. There's no wonder the kids act the way they do..

A 60 day court injunction should have their junk on the street and them out. Go find some Public housing to destroy it seems to be what everyone else is into. Speaking of squatter's I know one property owner who had a great deal of trouble evicting people who had not paid rent for almost a year who removed all the windows and doors in the dead of winter, and they moved out.
