Looks like Brad Taylor is getting away with murder. How does the Paris Police categorize this killing in it's crime statistics? Does it simply go down as an assault? Interesting.
Does the phrase "ongoing investigation" mean anything to you? I am sure charges will be brought soon. However, procedure has to be followed, those are the rules of the game in law and order.

No, it doesn't. I believe it has already been swept under the rug - we will see.

"NEVER said that. What I said was "Why would he need a pitbull on a chain INSIDE his place of business". I have a business and we don't have ANY type of dog on a chain inside or outside for any reason. Now that's ridiculous"

and? SOME people have dogs in their bussiness, does he NEED to have him there? no. is there anything wrong with him being there? no. Its just a DOG weather it be a pitbull or a yorkie. The breed of the dog isnt a factor. I have a pitbull too,hes very sweet and well behaved, much less agressive then my mothers Chihuahua.

Why would this be "swept under the rug"? Maybe they are still investigating who actually pulled the trigger........maybe it was Ms. Haley and not Mr. Taylor that did it. Just a thought.

An eye witness confirmed, to the police, it was Brad Taylor that did the shooting. This eye witness was not a friend or relative of anyone involved.

Channel 12 News reported Dustin Shelton's name incorrectly and also reported incorrectly that it was a burglary.

I hope, for the family's sake, that this is not swept under the rug - we will see.

You have got that right carols name should have not been brought into this. As for the girl she dated, she is to good for her. Carol is trying to turn her life around. she is doing a good job of it so far. As for Dustins family my prayers goes out to them.

Carol was way too good for her funny to see Kristen all strung out now. She was so concerned people would know she was with a female but she doesn't seem to be concerned people knows she is on drugs.

On Paris Crime Topix, it is listed as an assualt - not a homicide.

we have several dogs and they go to the office with us everyday. the public likes them and the employees like them. maybe you should get a life, the reason the pit bull was inside is maybe because it was during the hottest part of the summer and he cares for his animals like we do. our even have a bed they sleep in.
