I agree with this, in part. Being in jail gets them off the meth, but after they get out they need help staying off the stuff, and they need encouragement to stay away from the people who will try to get them back on it. It is so hard to stay off meth...highly addictive. We need something like U-Turn for Christ around here to help these addicts stay off drugs and get their life and career on track.
