So I ordered SuddenLink internet and basic cable and they bundled them together said it would save money. HAHA yeah right. Priced it without the bundle and saved $15 a month. How can they get away with this kind of crap? Also I love their commercials that compare them to satellite. How satellites have poor signal yada yada yada. When you drive by the building, what do you see. They get all thier channels piped in from satellites. Not the same satellites as DirectTV but they are still satellites. Just thought I would share in case others are bindling and losing $$$.

I have the big bundle that they have that includes everything and haven't really had any trouble. We had Direct TV and were screwed before we even got our first bill!!!! We had it 3 weeks and hated EVERY second of it. They say you'll be charged one thing and then you get the bill and it's DOUBLE that! I cancelled and went RIGHT BACK to Suddenlink. I liked the idea of getting more channels for less with satellite, but it was a rip off! I would rather have a problem every now and then and actually have someone show up to fix it, then deal with it every day. Every time I've had a problem with Suddenlink, they've been more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I'm taken care of.

the service people are awesome too... kendal atwood is pretty cool, and he knows what he's doing. if you have a problem, they are at your door in about 30 minutes and out in 20.

Yes I tried the phone service and it was out more than it was on. Hated it. They admitted they had had problems with some with the phone service, but others had no problems. I was one like you that did.

I'm with Suddenlink. Thanks to those of you who shared your good experiences. For those who had issues, if I can be of assistance, let me know by emailing me here: [email protected] I'll then coordinate with the appropriate regional and system managers.

FYI -- I'm at Suddenlink's Corp. HQ. More on who I am here, if you're curious:

Could you look into why some bundles actually cost more than seperating the services. For example 8MB internet + basic cable. I saved $15 a month after un-bundeling them. BTW noting wrong with yopur service just the prices. I am sure many others are over spending with some bundles while others may actually save money.

Cable I-net has been great, but we have ATT phone and never had trouble with it. The only complaint about Suddenlink is, if get the HD package you only get HD on one TV.

If we want real change, allow us to select our channels individually and price them individually. That way the networks and any others would know who really likes them.

Might cost a little more, but well worth being able to send a message to the suppliers.

I think some of the problem is these compamys take on more then their ready for. Sudden Lick has great cable TV services,phone,internet,so-so. ATT good phone internet, poor tv services.I thinks is very hard for this people to keep up with newest software, hardware, and training , that comes out. I worke at EDS in dallas we had IT people who sole job was to test out software, ect to see if would improve our service.

Isn't there a site where you can find bundle prices without giving addresses? Isn't it all the same price everywhere.? I just wanted to find out how much a bigger package was, and HD. Love Suddenlinks' support, they are great when having a problem.

suddenlink is advertising lower priced bundles on their website and on tv, however if you're already a customer they won't give you the advertised bundles. even though they say nothing about it being for new customers or contracts.

theres an ad on local tv with a bundle for all 3 services for $95, call and ask them they'll make excuses to not give it to you
