No email today. Suddenlink email not working. Then the bill comes and they have gone up almost seven dollars. The envelope says Suddenlink just keeps getting better. Think I'll turn them in for false advertising.

Suddenlink is a POS. Internet is down everday for different periods of time at our house. I hate it. Suddenlink you suk!

Why do you stupidly post on Topix when the sensible thing to do is call Suddenlink tech support? That is what an intelligent person would do.

I did call them. They said they were working on it. That phone call was not very helpful.

Email was out all day yesterday..still out...It is frustrating. I have been trying to track a package by email, see if I won on the JC Penny button promotion, and keeping track of my relatives and friends. It stinks...But, they say they are working on it. Just wish they would find and fix the problem.

Mine didn't work until I restarted my computer last night. At that time, it showed to be checking email but no new messages. Today some messages finally came through. Just wonder how many got bounced back to the sender. This is really unacceptable, and it is the reason I refuse to get my credit card statements only by email. I think we should get a price break instead of a price increase.

did anyone else hppen to lose all of your previous eails? just got on my suddenlink email and all of my previous emails are GONE!!! it shows I have 77 total! All of my email addresses, everything is gone! Just like a brand new account!!!! THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

Just called Suddenlink and they said it may be a couple of more days and NO they aren't going to knock anything off my bill for my inconvience. Suddenlink's service is terrible! I'm thinking about switching to AT&T.

Why call me stupid when you don't know if I called Suddenlink or not...in fact, have talked with three three times since last Thursday and had a man come by. Even he was frustrated with what the company was doing to our email service.
