24th St. is usually overcrowded, in my opinion. Check out the Junction in the depot building. The food is similar in quality and the prices of the specials are reasonable.
24th street always has the same thing on the menu, i can do that at home

You tell us. Why would anyone in their right mind bring up something so random, if you hadn't already heard? Is this for real or you just stirring crap?
Yes, it's for real. I don't know you and don't know why you felt the need to attack me for a simple question. But, anyone with a name like "Duh" tells me everything about you. And to those of you who answered my question I say "Thank you."

just to make it clear a fireman, the previous owners (good people,) did not run anyone off the road. it was the new owner, larry, who is a known crazy as*hole.
Either you are your parents need to look up the meaning of blasphemy. God warns against taking His name in vain.

I heard the firemen did eat at the old location until Bret got mad and cut out their half price because they were eating at Crawford's to much and paying full price.

bret is a tool. Whoever coined the phrase "Those of you who think they know everything annoy those of us who do" was thinking of bret when he came up with it.

Larry Kennemer. He just sold Kennemer Insurance and bought the 24th St.
I'll never eat there again with Kennemer being the owner!

Evidently they do something right. They are packed out day after day. I go there about once a week. Best hamburgers in town, in my opoinion. Good chicken fried steak and they do a spicy pork tenderloin sandwich that is really good. They have alwasy been friendly to me since the first visit. Usually, they are so busy they don't have much time to spend chatting. I don't know the new owner but the food and wait staff hasn't changed any. As long as it stays the same, I will keep going.
