is anyone having problems with their cable during the overnight hours. all my dallas channels, espns, [email protected] etc have been going off and on for at least the last three nights..[email protected] was off and on all day yesterday so bad that you couldnt watch it and when you call for help you have to talk to someone from i dont know where and always are going to send someone out. im still waiting for that help from three days ago when i called

Yeah, ours has been no service at all in the early mornings. I went up to the office Friday and the girl there seemed as disgusted as me.

Same problems here. I turn on Channel 8 in the mornings for the weather report, and it goes off just as they're about to give it. So I switch to the weather channel. About the time the Paris report comes up, it goes down. Back to a Dallas station which stays up maybe 2 or 3 minutes, then down again. Very frustrating.

Glad to know it's not just me having these issues, it becomes frustrating to say the least. Also my internet connection fades in and out, anyone elses? I'm getting ready to call them to complain about the battery on my modem flashing periodically and that my phone is basically unusable due to interruptions in the line, it keeps fading every other second.

I called and spoke with someone, they're suppose to be sending someone out on Saturday to deal with it. I'm also having some safeguard thing for $5/month, not sure if it's insurance or a cover to go outside as my phone was breaking up.

Dear Suddenlink help. This is been going on for over a month. you have replied to one of my post yet nothing has been done. My cable is still going off around 6:30 to 7:00am. may be more than that but that is the only time I have to watch the news. So please tell you tech's that it is happening all over the town at least. evidently it not just my apartment complex its all over town.

Dear Suddenlink Im really tired of yall charging me too much for cable I was only supose to pay 72.00 tax included for cable and now my bill has been 84.00 for the last 3 months,I dont order paperview will yall please quit ripping me off!!!
Also when I got your services I have a 47 inch tv and around the edges of my tv it has a black strip and Im not the only one,my parents also have a lcd tv and also with suddenlink and theirs does the same thing!!! Its not our tv settings either its our cable provider SUDDENLINK!!! Im seriously thinking bout switchin to dish!

Wow! I have basic cable and internet. I pay $107 a month--recently went up when it went digital, because it was $102 prior to the change. A friend told me she had the phone, cable and internet and paid less than I do. Maybe because it's a "package deal"?
Can anyone tell me what they pay for basic cable and internet without the phone service? I'd just like to see if because I have been with them for so long that I'm not being offered any "deals" that some newer customers might be getting.

My cable went out late last night. I am so tired of the bad service. Suddenlink, get your act together! And I'm still angry about you going up on the price after you said you wouldn't. You lied to the customers.

Did you actually EMAIL her like her instructions say? I did. It was WAY worth it! Seriously, email her before you post negative again! My problems were solved within 12 hours of emailing her!

Suddenlink, I have repeatedly call and went to the office, only to be told they are working on it! how much longer before we can have uninterrupted service. I'm so sick of watching a show, then the tv says,sorry, we detetect a disruption of your service, please call for service, and I miss the ending, after wasting an hour watching!!!!!!please do something

I have basic cable without internet or phone and still gettin screwed over!

more than 10 years ago i quit cable in paris. at that time they came to my home at their convenience 3 different times and told me my new tv and sound system was at fault. turned out satellite tv works just fine.

I have Limited Basic $24.24, Expanded Service $29.96, suddenlink Safeguard $4.50, and High Speed Internet 1.5 $27.95 and this plus all taxes is $97.76 per month.
Do any of you have the same combination? What are you charged?

I guess I need to look closer at my bill and see what added charges I have, because mine is $107. I used to pay what you are paying. I haven't changed anything, but my bill has went up.

I pay:
Suddenlink preferred internet, includes high speed bundle 10.0 -$37
Most popular Suddenlink digital bundle, includes limited basic, expanded, movie pack, sports pack, family pack and digital gateway -$63.51
Digital phone unlimited -$26.00
For a total of $126.51
I also get charged $4.99 for my converter and $1.37 for a broadcast station surcharge, plus an additional $17.03 in taxes and fees for a grand total of $149.90...which is higher than I was paying as I think it use to be more around the $136 mark...

I have just the basic cable and internet, and I pay $95.00 a month. And like everyone else, I keep getting that "sorry for the interruption, please contact Suddenlink to restore your service". Suddenlink needs to get this problem repaired, we ALL pay them enough to do this. When you call up there, they tell you to unplug the box from the wall, and let your box reboot itself. I have tried that, and still I have problems with my service.
