Thought I would go see what the place was all about. Let me first say the food was very bland, had no taste, and looked like freeze dried crap.Add crappy service, and a gay guy hitting on my friend, all I can say is we will not be back. Most of the employee's seemed unhappy, and I overheard two talking about not even being paid yet. When I asked why not, they said the place hasnt even set up payroll,or had any of them fill out tax forms. This place is starting to sound like one of those traveling gypsy joints, where they come in take everyones money then leave owing a huge debt.I hope I'm to be proved wrong, but this place better pick up the pace, because they arent even close to McDonalds value menu when it come s to service. Rant Over.

Um I know someone that works there and said they get paid pretty well. I have been there twice now an the food was great. The employee told me that everything is made fresh from scratch even noodles.

You r retarded. They r open not even 2 weeks. Almost all restaurants pay bi weekly. You must have got fired from there. That place is too busy to have workers chat among themselves.

NO its Bi-weekly if you get paid every two weeks. Its Bi-monthly if you get paid twice a month. It sounds like it would be the same but if you look at a calender there is a differnce. Bi-weekly has a couple more pay periods per year than Bi-monthly.
But by LAW the payroll info has to be set up before employees start working ... NOT before first payroll.

The only complaint I have heard is that it is extremely hot in their building.

Romo's has great food!!! Employees are treated very good, I know someone that works there too. They do get paid when they are suspose to, and have been really busy, so question is where do they have the time to flurt or talk among therselves? Well they don't. All of this is a bunch of negative stuff that people don't have anything better to do but run others down. It's really sad. We should treat people the way we want to be treated, I feel sorry for people like this, most of the time your unhappy with your life are you have grudges against others. Watch out because things like this can bite you later.

Been there three times. Had three different dishes. All of them great. Owner said air was being fixed. She recognized me the second time and spoke to me like we were friends the third. We have had great experiences there.

HR person, If HR means Human Resources, then you're fired already!! No one employed by me in Human Resources that doesn't know that Bi-monthly means every two months would be fired. The CORRECT term for being paid twice a month is semi-monthly! Don't you think that if bi-weekly means every two weeks, then it would stand to reason that bi-monthly would mean every two months? Also, where did you get your law degree in payroll??

Roma's has very reasonable prices, it is not Mcdonalds or fast food, so why would they have a value menu? If you want a cheap meal, hit the value menus. Roma's has very good food for the reasonable prices you pay. A family of four can eat under $40 dollars. I can't see them going in depth, when the parking lot is always full! Your opinion of the employees not making enough money, did YOU Bless them with a big tip to make up for what YOU don't think they are getting??? If your not an employee there, why do you think its any of your business when they get paid and how much they get paid??? Its not. Just to add the owners are very friendly and very professional. Look around you don't see that much in businesses anymore!!

I have had many, many meals at Roma's in Idabel and have eaten at the Roma's in Durant. I was very disappointed in the food at Roma's Paris. Had I not eaten in the other two Roma's, the Roma's here might be okay. The food was inferior for a Roma's.

We ate there the other night. Boy, was it good! Even my husband who isn't so easily impressed enjoyed it. I ordered a small NY pizza and ate till I was full and brought home enough for another meal. He got something with shrimp in a sauce and he said it was very good.
Our waitress was efficient and kept us stocked with whatever we wanted, tea, coke, etc.

It is definitely a do over. They're open on Sundays, so that'll be a popular place after church I'll bet.

My family and I ate there the other night. The food tasted great but, the service was lacking. Our waitress spent the majority of her time at the front counter talking to the hostess. Bread was never offered to us and when I asked for it, she brought us 3 slices for 4 people at our table. Our glasses would sit on the table for 5-10 minutes before we would get a refill. Hopefully the service gets better because I liked the food.

Before anyone asks, no I didn't talk to the manager because I didn't want to cause a scene or get anyone in trouble.
