Is this a complete changeover in operational staff? I worked for the third largest Honda dealer in the southwest and some of the things that I have heard from customers of the old Honda of Paris management made me cringe. I honestly don't know how they avoided being sued out of existence. Some of what I was told went on wasn't just unethical, it was flat out illegal.

I have a friend who had trouble on a part that was recalled. When she took her car back in there, they denied it was that and wanted to charge her all kinds of money to fix it. She went off on them and they finally fixed it but took their own sweet time doing it.

I wonder if Orr is going to be better or not. I plan to get another car next year, and want a Honda, but don't know about customer service and prices on cars.
I have a Toyota that I bought new years ago and it runs good, but for other reasons, I need a car that doesn't sit so low.

I bought a certified used car from them, a couple of weeks after I bought it I found a problem with the suspension and they would not fix it unless I paid 800 dollars. It was still under warranty and It had to have been broke when I bought it. Stay away from this business.

My experience with Toyota has always been very good. Right after I bought this car, it started using oil. I took it back and they fixed it whatever it was free of charge. I'd had it a while, but he said because of the low mileage, they'd do it free to me.
Guess I'll go back there, maybe. still undecided.
Hubby wants another Ford and I don't. The Ford people have been great to him, but I just don't want a Ford or Chevy.

However, I'll get whatever I can afford.

I have bought several cars from Toyota and they have always taken care of their vehicles. My wife saw a vehicle at Honda that she liked so I thought we would give them a chance, BIG MISTAKE. They give us excuse after excuse about why they would not fix our car. Stay far, far away from this dealership.

The Orr Group has owned Honda Of Paris for many years. This isn't a change. It is a revolving door of general managers and service advisors.

That is why I have not taken my car in for recalls to Paris Honda. What you posted is exactly what I suspected and the recalls were not safety issues. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Orr has always had a minor ownership in the dealership, however they are majority owners.
The new GM and Service Manager are both locals
and bring alot of energy and honesty to the dealership. you shoul give them a try

They call it a change, but they brought back the same people. If this wasn't part of the Orr group, they would've folded years ago. Orr group makes so much $ in other cities, they have to have to have a write off. Employees here leave & come back because they can't make it at a reputable dealership.

Anything you buy in the metroplex is going to be better than in Paris.

Next time buy a brand new one, but expect to pay over $30,000.
YOU bought a USED automobile. It's a chance you take. It isn't the dealerships responsibility to cover YOUR purchase. That would be why YOU sign as AS IS sheet. Buy NEW next time.

Honda of Paris - R U N!!!!
I don't know anyone there now, but WOW what a revolving door of crookedness!!! They have had great people, but when it's not good enough every 6 months they push them out and bring in another dancing monkey.
