I do consider het to be evil. How can anyone call the phone number of someone they just killed and leave a message that is all cheery and upbeat and acting like they are still alive?
that is just creepy.
She stole her grandfathers gun with the intention of killing him and set him up.
Demonic, if you ask me.
She's either psychopathic or sociopathic. I can never keep those straight.
She'll be a danger to anyone she ever has the opportunity to be around.
What's that about a girlfriend in prison? It didn't sound like it was a platonic relationship, either.

I heard someone on tv saying she is having a lesbian relationship with a woman she met in prison and some man has agreed to be a sperm donor so they can have a baby.
Don't know how that is going to happen since she is either going to be on death row or in prison for life.

Saw where Casey Anthony was in court yesterday. She claims she has no money but she looked like a celebrity. Big hat, nice looking clothes, sunglasses, etc. What trash.

Another "sister" to Arias.
Put 'em in a bag, shake it up and either one could fall out first, there's not that much difference between them.

Anthony is filing for bankruptcy to keep those people who are suing her from getting anything. Pitiful.

Yes, that's the only reason she is doing that. I bet after she files, she will write a book or give some interviews or something. You know that lawyer,( Cheney, I believe is his name ) isn't working for free. And he knows she is guilty of murder, so he can't be defending her because he thinks he is doing a good deed ) so hi is expecting a big windfall later on.

Sorry trash, all of them.

I Az the jury can ask her questions .

Here is one I hope someone asks.
" You said you should be punished, but not death. My questin in, " If you killed him in self-defense, why do you say you should be punished"?

In my book if someone kills aother person in self defense, that makes them a hero. Why should someone be punished for defending themselves against someone trying to kill them?

If she is innocent then what does she think she should be punished for?

Her biggest hope is that she can dodge the death chamber at this point.

5310More than likely they will say "not guilty". Juries are not what they used to be. Casey Anthony case a perfect example. We need 3 juries hearing same case. You will get different verdicts which proves system does not work.
Jodi is as guilty as hell. The common sense person knows it. She is a Psychopath. She is able to lie, with a straight face and maintain
her little girl 'nice' composure. She has had 4 years to think about this. More than ever, pedophiles, killers and the whole lot of them, get away with so much these days. Why? Because they watch too much CSI etc. She needs the death penalty folks!!!
Hilarious stuff

Interesting to hear the Jury questions being addressed to Ms Jodi Arias. When it is a 'can't explain that question', her reply is " I don't remember". When it is a simple question, she can explain it. Never have I seen such debauchery and guilt. Life for her. At LEAST!!!

That's true. She talks about sexual deviant acts as if she was talking about the grocery list for next week.
Something bad, bad wrong with her.

I went on the HLN.com website this morning and it showed some pretty bloody scenes from Travis' home. From all the blood trails, it looked like he was trying to get away from her or maybe that was from her dragging his body to the tub.
One of the autopsy photos showed one of his hands and a couple of his fingers were almost severed. They had to be defense wounds.
This just made me feel more compassion for the victim and more hardness for her. She deserves the death penalty.

She thinks she is prettier than she is. Not ugly, but, not very pretty either. Too bad she couldn't see that before she messed up her life.

We all know she is guilty of killing her boyfriend. She admitted it.
Do you think it was premeditated?
If you were on the jury, would you vote for the death penalty or life behind bars?
I believe it was premeditated, and would vote for the death penalty.

Last night it came out that she was stalking him. He would go on a date and she'd come into his home and hide in his closet till he got home.
I believe that's what she was doing when she attacked and killed him. She also had told the jury that Travis said he didn't keep his gun loaded, which begs the question why did she get it and what did she shoot him with. Of course, she shot him with her grandparents gun she'd stolen and is trying to portray him as a pervert and pedophile.
No one else is saying anything like that about him or even close. She's a stalker who got caught and now she's trying to lie her way out of the death chamber.

They brought out the fact that she was stalking him earlier when it was told that she entered his house by crawling through a doggie door. His 2 friends testified that he told them she was stalking him.
I don't believe she was hiding though on the day of the murder. They were taking photos and having sex. She planned on being there and he agreed not knowing what she had in mind.
Yes, the woman is evil and the death penalty would be the only just sentence.

Thanks for getting me up to date on the stalking issue. I got into this after reading this thread, so no doubt I missed a lot.
Do you or others get the feeling that even her lawyer is getting tired of this?

Yes, I think the prosecution and jury and judge are all very tired of it. I think maybe her lawyer is too, but, I am thinking he is trying to keep her on the stand long enough for the jury to start to feel some compassion. I think he is wanting to get them so confused that there is a tiny bit of doubt as to premeditation, thereby avoiding the death sentence. Even if just one juror has just a teeny little bit of doubt, she would not be convicted.
Also, I read that a friend who visits her in jail says Jodi thinks she will be either acquitted or found guilty of manslaughter. If manslaughter, the max time in prison is 6 years and she thinks she would be out in 2 years with 5 years probation.
Her attorney is telling her that, no doubt.
Hope she spends the rest of her life in prison with no chance of parole if she isn't given the death penalty.

Ditto.
Maybe she thinks her lying skills are so good, no one will doubt her words, many, many words.
She deserves the death penalty, but again, Casey Anthony's trial was a case to never take anything for granted.
