For us older / larger women with breasts that droop, I have a home-grown fix: Lay down and sprinkle medicated foot powder in the sore red area. The unpleasant odor, redness, and soreness will be cured. I am not a medical professional and this may not work for everyone, but it is worth a try. The odor comes from a fungus and since medicated foot powder gets rid of most foot odors this is probably why it works for this area too.

Also make sure they are completely dry after shower before trying anything as moisture breeds fungus. Any suggestions on healing a callus on the outside edge of the big toe that will be sensitive, the harden over and then I use foot scraper to get callus off and then it starts all over again. I dance and it rubs this spot when I dance and I put neosporin and band aid on it when dancing.

You must not have big boobs that are real. Fake ones stand up perky but the real deal will do this as you get older. You are right though, this remedy works.

Gold bond in the green box is the best. It has zinc in it and that is what cures it.

Just wait until you are "elderly". Unless you have very small boobs, your natural ones will droop; even a bra won't hold them up very good. Yes, Gold Bond is a very good brand to use.

Thank You, Will try. I have lifted weights over the years, And just makes them more droopy. Its unimaginable people pay for breast this big. If I win the lottery, Breast reduction for sure.

It's actually not called a boil.. A boil is mostly caused by hair follicles and will get red and puffy and hard sometimes with a head or several depending in the size.. What she is talking about is the sores caused by sweat and moisture staying trapped beneath ur breasts when they hang.. Bigger people also get this on their panty line between the legs.. Yes it is gross but wouldn't you rather ppl kno how to fix it rather than let it smell and hurt? My grandmother was a larger woman.. She used to use rubbin alcohol then powder.. Under her boobs between her legs and in her arm pits.. Anywhere that moisture gets trapped is where shed put it. Now this was to prevent the rawness.. I wouldn't attempt it while it's raw cuz it's gonna burn like hell.. But corn starch will help with soaking up the moisture throughout the day as well.. Don't use scented soap and it sounds stupid but the more you wash it .. The more it smells... What happens is you actually end up washing away the natural bacteria that fights off the nasty ones.. So only wash once a day! Or once in the morning and once at night.

Thank you. You said it much more appropriately. Sometimes these "elderly" brain cells just can't come up with the right words. Cornstarch will help with the moisture and the pain, but "medicated" foot powder actually takes the fungus away.

Mine are big and droop a little so I have a problem with heat and moisture in the summertime. Powdered Ting is inexpensive and works well. Baby powder with cornstarch helps, too.
Just make sure the soap you're using is washed off completely, when you bathe, and that you dry completely.

What you are describing is yeast. Yeast is a fungus that thrives in moist, warm, dark areas. It is common in heavier people that are larger and it occurs under breasts, groin area & to folds. Antifungal creams & powders are good for this, but they need to be used in combination with good hygiene and keeping the areas clean and dry. It's also a good idea to wear a good supportive bra to keep the breasts from trapping the heat & moisture. You can also call the doctor and request a nystatin cream. If you have home health, mention it to your nurse and she should be able to help you. Medline has a really good antifungal cream & powder that has really benefitted one of my patients that was completely raw. Good luck!!

Y'all are nasty
Ya know, a lot of elderly people wear themselves out just to take a bath. They have arthritis, pain when moving their arms, many become short of breath just from the bath and most don't see well. Things hang lower than when they were younger. They aren't nasty. Some just miss parts when drying off. The moisture in the folds causes yeast to grow. It doesn't mean they are nasty. I bet you have probably had at some point a rash, a boil or abscess, a wart, a yeast infection, or even acne but that doesn't make you nasty.

Take a bath! Wash between them rolls! Fungus doesn't grow instantly!

To all the people who are posting that this is nasty and calling these women nasty.. let me tell you, I'm not fat.. I weigh 140 pounds and am 5 foot 9, and I am a 38 DD. I got my breasts from my mom's side of the family. I really hate the fact that I have them, but that is what I got. I to get these red things under my breasts - thought I was the only one actually. They kinda suck, ya know.. But that is something women with big breasts have to deal with. Someone mentioned "two words - breast redution".. So do you have about 9,000 for my surgery? I have gone to a doctor and because I do not have chronic back pain, or sores under my bra straps, etc., my insurance then calls it cosmetic. So what now? Come up with a solution for that. I know that all you "buffed out" guys saying women with big breasts on this feed are nasty, funny, the first thing you "buffed out" guys look at are the breasts. We see the goofy looks on your face. I can only imagine how hot and sexy you look - you with your 12 back abs and your dunlap waist line. And if you don't know what a dunlap waist line is - well, it's dun lapped over. So when you tell us how nasty we are - just remember, one day when your ball sack is hanging down past your knees, someone will call you a dirty, nasty, old man.
