You have all kinds of complaints. I just never see any "SOLUTIONS" come from your posts. Are ya just wanting to vent? Or ya really that unhappy? What would you have written? Do you want it to sound like a report from Scientific American magazine? Do you want them to write over your head?

Maybe you should go to work for them and fix the problem. That way you would not have to complain anymore..........at least about the paper.

that was a "friend" that was looking at the topix website who made that remark while i was still logged in. sorry about that. none the less i do think that a lot of the reporting from the paris news seems more like propaganda than journalism.

I would agree with you on the propaganda issue. I feel it is almost everywhere. I don't believe news sources as I once did.

Johnny Sampson is the big Indian I call chief. He lives at christians in action. Him and another homeless man were drunk at the shelter, got into an argument.Chief "stabbed" the other guy with a spoon. Yes, a spoon, go figure!

This is how half truths and rumors become "FACT" on Topix. Yes, Johnny is a big Indian, and yes some do call him Chief. It is true that he also lived at Christians In Action and that when the stabbing took place he was drunk and the person he stabbed was his friend and didnt want to press charges but the state picked them up. Johnny did NOT stab him with a spoon though, he stabbed him with a knife AND by the grace of God the friend wasnt killed.

Spoon, knife, fork whatever! Why is drinking allowed there in the first place? Is this what my donated dollars go to? Who is picking up the tab while Mr.Sampson is residing at the county lockup? I doubt he bonded out if he was living at the shelter, drinking and fighting!

The child's mother didnt want him, otherwise how would Tray have him? Actually, she is young, wants to run the streets and do her drugs and (unlike Tray) didnt want to drag the child along from dive to dive while she did as she pleased. Tray used the child to gain sympathy, places to stay and a TANF check to use on more drugs.

I heard he tried to go to work for them, failed the IQ test, which only requires a score of 50, when Mary went to work there it was 120.
