Just wondering is he still the Police Chief of the city of Henry? And if so why? Shouldn't he have some kind of consequence for the wreck he caused? I know no one else was injured in the accident but still another vehicle was involved with Mr. Herndon was traveling at an entirely too high rate of speed in a government issued vehicle. He was not going on a call of any kind
I know for a fact this man use to give his stepdaughter information about drug busts and so forth. And not entirely sure they weren't sleeping together.

Consequences beyond the wreck he caused? Are you serious? Spending months fighting for his life, numerous surgeries, constant pain, loss of many abilities, and life changed forever are plenty of payment for an error in judgment! You are a piece of low life scum that needs to choose a different target. I barely know the guy and think you are a douche bag for starting rumors about him!

His stepdaughter is trouble, but she brings it on herself. I am pretty sure that he has turned her in, not helped her. He helped her by showing her tough love!! No,he is not the police chief of Henry anymore, but I think that it is safe to say, lesson learned.

Just as I am you guys are untitled to your opinion ..btw no he never turned her in.. he gave her info to escape being caught by the police... and no it doesnt matter what pain he is in he caused a wreck that should have consequences for that.. someone else lost their business truck.in this wreck

What about all the lies he has told about people in court? He was a very dishonest cop. He should have to pay the price just like I would. I thought charges were pending on him, but I have not heard anything about him being charged.
