If you'd write coherently instead of a like a barbarian, people might understand what you are trying to say. You are very illiterate.

I watched a session of their circuit court the other day.The judge seems like a cold hearted man,who could care less about the person standing in front of him.He treated everyone like a number, not a human. And the baliff's,were rude as hell. The state's atty, was just lost in his own world.Or somewhere besides the court room. This is my opinion.anyone else have one?

No one can force anyone to plead guilty.

If anything the courts are too lenient. I've been in there when they've had the wrist slapping sessions.

Your right but they can back you into the corner to where you feel as if you didn't have a choice! I'm not talking about something someone is totally guilty of either. I know that if your in court your not completely innocent in the first place!

Due to the grammar I read in these posts, some of these people belong in a secure facility. It makes one proud to be a Kentuckian.

If a defendant in court has decided to enter a plea, the circuit judges probably spend about a half an hour asking the defendant if anyone has forced, coerced or threatened them in any way to enter a plea, and if they are sure that's what they want to do. They ask if anyone has persuaded them to enter a guilty plea because they may get an easier sentence/go easy on them etc.

The judges etc do not force anyone to do anything. The guilty plea is 100% up to the defendant. The attorney is there to guide them, but it is ultimately up to the defendant. The court will move in any direction the defendant wants to go. I don't know what court you were in, but I have never seen anything like you are describing in the 1000+ court appearances I have made.

That is only in circuit court that you are talking about! In district it is totally different!

It's up to the defendant 100% of the time. Nobody forces anyone to do anything in either court.

What do you want them to do play footsie with you? Really? Who cares if the bailiffs were rude?! If you didn't break the law somehow hmm guess you wouldn't have to deal with any of them.

I haven't heard anything bad about courts here. Then again I've never been in trouble, not even a ticket. I have heard though that the family courts judge is pretty bad here. I'm going to probley have to go to family court soon cause I'm seperating myself from my bf who I have a baby with. He constantly threatens to take her, so I'm not looking forward to that. Hopefully they really see how manipulative he is. If only people see who people really r, see through the lies. The cops here, well I've had one b nice to me when I asked him questions. Other than that my other encounter with one he was like almost going to attack me it seemed. I don't even know why cause I was just talking. I called the cops cause my bf physically abused me, and has been doing it. So finally I got my phone and called. It was like they were there for him. He then made a false statement against me. And guess what when igot the police report, it was never in there that he abused me, the cop left that out.
