Has anyone tried the new Suntan City out by Wal-Mart? I usually go to Tropical Paradise but wanted to try a different place. I don't really like the "points" system there.

I used to love to have the lovely tan look then last year I lost half my nose to skin cancer and had to have numerous grafts due to sun bed tanning. Even though i never burn and used the lotions - it looks good until the real effects start taking affect - and no I didn't live in the beds or the sun

The question was about Suntan City not should I tan or not...I'm aware of the risks. But thanks for your depressing comment.

I have been curious myself as to how the spray-on tanning is? I have tried this once before and it was so awful!!! If anyone has tried this method, not the tanning beds, please tell of your experience. I know the spray tans are costly and just wanted some info about it before I spent money. Thanks...

One more thing....how old (about) are you and how often did you go to the tanning beds? My daughter likes to go, so I would like to inform her of this potential danger!

When i go to suntan city i use the versa spa which is the spray on tanning. i love it. the tan looks all natural, and that you have worked on it for weeks. This tan dosnt turn you orange like some of the others. i love it. the only problem that i have with the versa is on my hands. the knuckles are hard to tan and between my fingers there are tan lines. but after you wash your hands a few times it disapears and you look natural. i would recomend the versa spa to anyone who is looking for a sunless alternative for tanning!

cinnomgirl I am in my early 30's - I went a couple of times a week if I wanted to have a tan but wasn't a person who tanned all the time - and to the Toasty Buns - I was not trying to bring you down or burst you tanning bubble - but it is very important that youth realize the dangers of tanning, inside or outside - they will pay the cost later. Use the spray on tanning -
