Well considering its my family and I've known him I know there is no way that he would've killed a cop and yes there was a domestic disturbance but he isn't just a "wife beater" you don't know him don't judge him. They Could've shot him in the arm or leg or something other than his head. Yes I agree I would rather have a dead criminal then a police officer but sometimes when we are caught up in a situation we don't always think of the best thing to do. I would say this went both ways. He shouldn't have done what he did.
Seriously? I think if I were in a life or death situation were I had to use a gun, I wouldn't care where I shot someone. We make are own beds, and it seems like he put his own self in this position not the police. Aim for an arm or leg, please.

I got pulled over several times back in my wilder days, I always said yes sir no sir and never once did I try to argue with them I just calmly explained what was going on and I never got tazed, shot or even slammed to the ground if I went to jail then so be it I always looked at it like you do the crime you do the time. My point is if you show a little respect you will get it back maybe he would have just gotten cuffed & stuffed, but no he wanted to be all bad & thuggish punk screw it he got what he deserved!

Like I said have enough respect for his children to not post that he got what he deserved and other hateful comments. As true as they may be or you think they they may be please remember these are things that his children can read and would you really like to see these things posted about your dad?

No matter what he did if he got what he deserved or not it's not for us to decide. The real victim is a young man who will grow up with our a dad. Who will get online and see people who don't even know his dad talking $hit about him. How would you feel if some one said your dad deserved a bullet in his head? What would you do if you read these things and you wondered why God did this to you? Do you not have any sympathy? Can you not put yourself in that position and think about how his son feels? He's the real victim, and he's innocent.

I can maybe see shooting in the chest, not the heart though, but when someone is holding a gun to you, I don't know what that feels like. Praying for both sides.

You are correct, he did not have a gun. Whoever said that was incorrect. However, KNOWS BETTER opened up a can by judging the officer's actions. If you are also a family member you might want to ask them to retract their statement on this thread or I just see it continuing endlessly. A public apology should be issued to the officer who's life was in danger because he was dutifully responding to a call between a fighting husband and wife.

Apparently you're wrong! And apparently you're brother is a drunken shit bag! If you knew anything about policing you'd know they have to be tazed before they are allowed to carry it. Therefore, they know what it's like to be tazed. So if anything they DO NOT like to use it unless necessary cuz they know how it feels. As far as shooting paris police hasnt shot anyone in a long long time. Get your facts straight before you talk shit!

Do not come on here acting like he was innocent in this whole thing. He had a knife and fought with the officer. Had he been compliant he wouldn't be where he is now.

Excuse me there are several VICTIMS here. You're forgetting about the officer and his family. It's not easy for an officer to have to be put in that situation and actually have to pull the trigger. No officer lives for that day. So while his kids are victims you need to understand that what that officer and his family are going through.

Excuse me but when you have a 200+ man ontop of you fighting you, how in the hell is the cop going to shoot anywhere except where he shot!!! Ur right the wife beater shouldn't have been beating on his wife and then NONE of this stupid shit would have had to happen!!
