stay away! we made a deal with them, and we have it in writing. Then they had us drive over there. We applied for 0% financing, which we got then the sales manager , the red headed weisel tried to slide in $1700 on us without telling us. I caught it. And he got rude with us. And he told the owner we were being disrespectful and the owner him to let us go "we dont matter" I've bought 3 vehicles there. The next day the sale manager suffering from short mans disease, yelled at my wife on the phone. I've posted this story on some other local sites and got back several similar stories, and some worse about this place.

To add to the story, we found out that the vehicle we were trying to buy had been hit in the parking lot. They were trying to sell us a car that had already had work done to it.

Well we bought a car with a trade. Made the deal did paper left with the vehicle. Now the vehicle we had still had a loan that was to be paid out. That was in the deal that we did and signed the paper work. Several weeks went by. We never thought no more about it. well then one day we got a call saying we were behind on or vehicle payment. We told them we had traded it in for a different vehicle. They said they did not know a thing about that. We call the car lot and talked to the finance person she said were in the process of getting things done. So we believed her a few weeks went by and we got another call from the bank stating we were behind. Another call was made to the finance person. This time they were rude and said just bring us some money or the vehicle. So we were pissed we had now had this vehicle for way over a month and had a few thing done to the vehicle tent ect. So we went up there no one want to give us a reason or explain what was up. So i ripped the tent off demanded for my vehicle keys. Oh to find out they had it on the lot for sale and that it was out for a test drive. So when it came back on the lot we walked over to it ripped the paperwork off the window and took the keys from the person test driving it and pull off the lot to never return. So now on my credit report it shows I was late on a payment. I had bought a vehicle there pryer to that but no longer. I did file a complaint on how we were treated to the better business bureau.

they did the same thing to me my car was priced at 12580 i went to go get a new car and found out i owe 23000 really for a 2007

These guys called my wife a slut when they thought we had already left but were just sitting in the car with the windows down. I walked over to the red headed guy Jake. His face went white and I told him to call my wife a slut again. He just looked at the ground and said I don't know what you mean. I said I'll never be back here and he said we can't handle the business we have. Never going back.

i will never go back either not only did they scam us but they were very rude! the guys name was ryan or bryan something like that he was really rude to my husband so we left in the middle of making the deal they called back the next day to say sorry so we went back and got scamed big time!!! and there is nothing we can do about it! dont get me wrong my vehical is very nice but 23000 for a 2007 and it was 2011 when i got it the miles werent bad but it wasnt the best either thats way to much! it didnt even cost that much in 2007! i dont understamd how they tell u the car is 12580 and u end up owing 23000!!!!

me and my husband got a new 2012 cruze last saterday they said we got approved for loan and give us paper work and are payment the we drove the car a few days then they call us to come in over there and tell us they didnt get us finc on the loan so we had to take the car back are they anything i can do i was so mad and they told us they was giveing us 2500.00 to help us pay some bills --------
