skateboard kids on 19th behind kens

Some of those "kids" happen to be my friends. They do not steal or do drugs or any of that crap. They are good kids and they may block the road. So what? There is always another way out. They are teenagers. You only have one life so live it good while you can! They may hang out at an abandoned house and yeah they may vandalize sometimes but does that harm you in any way? No it does not. So just get off their backs and go on somewhere.

I laughed when i read all of this lmao.. But i can tell you that whoever thought we are in a supposed "gang" I assure you we aren't. We are a bunch of friends that just come there and skate and hangout. We dont bother anyone or anything. I have no clue why people have to be so judgemental when you have no clue who we are. We are just doing what we love and thats too skateboard.

look i said the boys that skate are good kids. the ones that i said was in a gang are the ones that follow the skaters around. they normally start off at the library and go from there.i know 2 lives over by Garrad Park.The rest i am not sure where they live.one of the kids that lives by the park is the one that helped steal the gun and is the one that committed armed robbery last summer. his brother was escorted out of the library by staff for saying things like im gonna f my gf in carlisle like a mexican will f a white woman. so one staff member threw him out for the day. so please kids since you are reading this , read the entire thing and not mix up what people are saying. as for the poster that says they may vandalize things , yes it does hurt me because im a taxpayer and its my taxes that go to this town

Thats why we need the skate park open so everyone can leave these kids alone and let them have a place of their own and keep judgmental people off there back I've seen these kids skate and have never seen them bother anything they are just trying to be them so let them.

Maybe the city should attempt to attract something else for these kids. This town is a dump and there is nothing to do...what do you expect? And as for the cops, they're too busy busting drug dealers and taking the drugs for themselves.(This HAS happened). Paris Police dept is a joke.

How did the PPD get in on this conversation? If you think you can do better ass wipe go to the academy then you can show them how it's done. In the mean time shut your pie hole about them. If you don't like the city then move the hell out. I have personally done ride alongs with them and they try to take care of the citizens the best they can with the lack of police officers they do have. You must be one that they've had to arrest.

For the people that need to complain please go to the city commission meetings. I totally agree they need something for the youth in Paris to do. They need a good size skateboard park like they have in Woodland Park in Lexington.

Actually, I have never been arrested. Thanks for your assumption though. I'm a law abiding citizen that has watched years of corruption in our law enforcement. And did you just say there's a lack of police officers? Hahahahahaha, is that because they're all hanging out together at Dairy Mart or eating at Giovanni's? Please. If there was a lack of police officers in our city, it wouldn't take 4 cruisers to pull someone over for ten miles over the limit. And I didn't insult YOU, sir, so please back up with the insult and get your facts straight. Someone else brought up the PPD. All I did was add my opinion, a right I have. Have a GREAT day.:)

There is a lack of officers in Paris. And they are allowed to eat from time to time unless you think they run in gasoline. And the reason it takes a couple of officers to pull someone over is for officer safety. Go to any town you'll see it. So you get your facts straight. ASS!! I have never seen 4 on a traffic stop. Must have been one of your hallucinations. How do you know "all" of them are eating at the same time? I've only seen 2 maybe 3 eat at the same time. I don't hallucinate either. And I can quote day and time, there were 9 cruisers at Giovanni's and it was packed with PPD. Hate to burst your bubble. And what I think is funny is that you people keep saying you never see it, so it must not be true. Does that mean if you don't see a crime committed, it doesn't happen?
