Unbelievable that an individual charged with 3 felonies - home invasion/cause injury, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, and residential burglary is only prosecuted on 1 charge. These charges are very serious - jail time is 90 days only!

This is no different then the Chrisman ADULT that almost beat his UNDERAGE "girlfriend" to death. What should have been a class x felony (plus the child abuse on top of that) was a plea down to a single misdemeanor assault (or something like that)
The answer is: Vote for a different State's Attorney in 2014 and make sure he NEVER becomes a judge! He might get paid by the state, but he still works for the Citizens of edgar county.
If you can't do that, quit complaining.

Thats how they do business in the 5th Judicial Circut. Replace(vote out) the local SA if u can and the chief Judge(Everhart) ...Coles County is corrupt as well. GOB network rule here,so far. Vote Todd Reardon for States Atty. in Coles County to end corruption.

Wait till you see the plea deal Chandra Smith will probably get.

Since she is a Keys/Colvin relative we shouldn't expect her to actually have justice served on her like the lesser people in the county.

KING sir, I believe that is RAIN BOW...details are important

How many down spouts per 80’ span? Seamless? Aluminum? Copper? Or plastic cheap chit? No valleys? Hip make any difference or how about pitch? You’d think someone on here could help us out…I’m thinking tin the next time. 2 layers now…no tear off with tin is what I was told.

Without CI's the state would have no cases. They pay for info..if they cant get it from defendants in a plea deal. Most cases r plead out,not tried by a jury,or judge because its cheaper for both sides. Money determines ur outcome in court. Guilty or innocent makes no real difference. Ask Randy or Herb..lol Or O.J. LOL

Cash is king. Ur King. Ur master. Ur a slave to money.

Money is the root to all evil. its a pyramid scheme...based on money n power. Ur at the bottom. Dont fool urself. Wake up.The Illuminati rule this world. Truth is not a conspiracy. Do ur own research.
