I have recently heard that even before they broke ground over half of the units were reserved for folks out of Danville. Has anyone else heard this? Can anyone provide more info?

I have not heard that, in fact I haven't really heard much about that project other than taxpayers stimulus money to build new housing for those who don't work or very little and sponge off the working class. Certainly hope we don't have them rented to Danville people. Danville can take care of their own and we will continue to support those who are too lazy to support themselves. Hope Wendy's gets a cheaper menu!

Maybe they could move them in back of Crestwood and the children can walk to school. Would save taxpayers on bussing. But wait! Breakfast isn't served at Crestwood. Better move them on to District 95.

So Colvin did own that property? That is very interesting. His firm also seemed to make a ton of money from the water lines being run from Indiana.

If he did own it, it is/was his right to sell it. What would be the problem?

As for the water lines, that is the business he is in. If the city contracted locally for the design, what is wrong with that?

Disclaimer: I have known Bob since Tanner school days together.

How much is a TON of money? Maybe RAIN BIRD can do the math for me!
