Former Ole Miss student Daniel Cummings has been transferred back to the Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman for smoking marijuana in prison, according to a report from The DM Online . via Djournal.com

How did he aquire the marijuana? Why was he sent to Parchman and why would it be more preventaive to attain drugs in that facility?

Will he stay in Parchman for a probationary period?

The third question is still unanswered.

Also, do all inmates have their hair shaven as Daniel is seen in a recent photo.
