New signs of life for a shopping center that has lost three big stores because of financial problems.

Thats awesome that Pima is taking into account their economic influence in that shopping centers. Those businesses have really been hit hard due to construction.

They're way to new to tear down. I'm betting the new tenants negotiated some pretty good terms.

It's funny how the news said a "new store" is coming and it's not a new store...it's a relocation of Ultimate Electronics.

Agreed! We go to Phoenix almost monthly do shop at real stores with real selection!
