It must be sad not to believe in the hope of anything better. It's unbelievable that in a horrible situation you wouldn't cry out to God for help. Who do you cry out to. I just couldn't imagine. I guess I'm glad I don't have too!

Many of the top genetic scientist agree that human DNA is far too complex to have happened on accident. They agree that a supreme being had to have engineered life as we know it. And some of these scientist were once atheist until their studies lead them deep into their research and changed their beliefs.

Silliness is what you offer. Care to provide a link to your creationist propaganda...or are you ashamed of your sources?

Unfortunately for you, DNA does not work the way your simple mind assumes...here's a simple example:

In the animal kingdom, the relationship between genome size and evolutionary status is not clear. One of the largest genomes belongs to a very small creature, Amoeba dubia. This protozoan genome has 670 billion units of DNA, or base pairs. The genome of a cousin, Amoeba proteus, has a mere 290 billion base pairs, making it 100 times larger than the human genome.

^^^^Common knowledge to anyone familiar with the subject.

That aside...I would guess that we are quite a bit further along on abiogenesis then you realize...;)

I'd like to see that as well. What would you like to bet it's somehow connected to the Discovery Institute?

Kudos guest. Ive seen you utterly destroy the atheist argument time and again on these threads. Its hilarious how you turn their scientific snobbery against them by showing them how they themselves are guilty of denying science and that believers have very sound scientific evidence that proves the existence of God.
Keep up the good work!
Oooooooh yeah, he really burns the amateurs on Topix. Of course, if there was anything valid to his argument he'd be able to convince physicists at the National Academy of Science and win the Nobel Prize. Or do you harbor the absurd notion there's a vast Satanic conspiracy by scientists to hide god from the public?

Well, your "god" does not have the corner on the market of hope, love, peace, joy, kindness, or any of the other emotions. However, his followers have slaughtered millions in their lord's name. So, I don't buy your bs. I bet, if you had your way, the non-believers would be slaughtered even now.

You're a sad, pathetic, small person. You use topix as a means to make yourself feel intelligent and supreme but in the real world you are nothing. Otherwise you wouldn't be on here spewing hate. It's not anyone or anything but yourself that you hate sweetie. Seek help.

Nobody said it didn't have meaning. A lot of Atheists/Agnostics believe there may very well be some meaning to what we experience. We just don't going around trumpeting to others that we know who or what is responsible. There is just as much proof that Zeus created the Universe. But I bet you wouldn't condone that thinking, would you?

You guys made up shiite and pass it off as holy in order to control people. You are your own incarnation of what you call evil. Why are you here today, don't you have some infidels to slaughter in your lord's name?

That really is all you have, huh? A typical cookie-cutter reaction and response. Unfornately for you, I do not feel "intelligent" or "supreme" bickering with the Topix christian respresentatives of Paragould...what I feel like is that I am back in the 3rd grade. You CAN do better than this^^^^^^, riiiiiiight? That all you've got? Your 3rd grade psycho analysis of me?

The funny part is that everything the creationist have has been debunked, or is still open and unproven. To date: They have ZERO wins and, literally, THOUSANDS of failures! LMAO! Hey, everybody, come join the losing team called creationism! ;)~

Side note: it's also quite hilarious how the video in the OP of this thread upsets them so much. <--contains A LOT of truth! ;)~

Actually, if one believes in the bible, then they really have to side with the christians on this one. I mean the bible IS true, right? Do they deny jesus as their messiah and savior? So, the bible speaks of a great global flood for which there is no evidence, but, hey, I'm too STUPID to just have FAITH, riiiiight?

So, let's go with the christians and see how many -->GOD<-- killed with the flood. Can't get more RELIGIOUS than THAT, now can we?

"It leads us to conclude there probably were conservatively millions of people on Earth. Henry Morris estimates possible figures of 1,030 million people."
http://www.bible-truth.org/GEN6.HTM

"then we can calculate the population of the world just before the flood to be about 7 billion people!"
http://lavistachurchofchrist.org/LVstudies/Ge...

"Conclusions
Although it is difficult to obtain an actual value of world population at the time of the flood, 5 to 17 billion people would appear to be reasonable populations, with an average of around 10 billion."
http://www.redeemerfw.org/resources/prefloodp...

So, they can go ahead and debunk the 1st 1billion. Then we'll go to the 7 billion....then work our way to the 10 billion and finally the 17 billion.

Aside from all the other religious murder....sure looks like their god is one murderous son of a b!tch.

Well, apparently you are upset with Joe Rogers. Just a wild guess...
Anyway, I'm not Joey Rogers. But, as an atheist, let me help you out:
"just do us a favor and off yourself."
That can get you in a lot of legal trouble these days. I'm assuming that you are what?~13 yrs old...? Telling people to kill themselves on the internet can cause a lot of legal issues for you and your parents, so you may want to stop doing that.
I've got a pretty good idea who it is, and I'm guessing that it's someone I pissed off recently with my views on religion. If it's who I am thinking of, they are the same ones who said that people with Down Syndrome are smarter than me. Oh well. If I recall, I didn't ever go to any special classes in school which automatically negates that a person with Down Syndrome is smarter than me. It's okay, I'm sure that post will come in very handy soon.

Well, you may want to tread lightly, because I can assure you that I do not know you, and you do not know me. However,-

"the same ones who said that people with Down Syndrome are smarter than me."

Even though I've never said that to you, from your display in this thread-->I can certainly agree with them. Do you know what a savant is? In their own way, they are genius, and generally smarter than the rest of us in their area of expertise.

All that said: Seems you are a kid, so slow down. We do not know each other, and you are not smart enough to pick people out on the internet, but I bet you are smart enough to get yourself into a whole bunch of legal trouble. So, please, get your parents involved and let them guide you...for your sake and for theirs.

I recently went on an anti religion tirade on facebook and I'm assuming that since this thread popped up, they assumed that you were me.
