Also, can it be sold without any furniture... not without the kitchen appliances, but any other furniture? We have furniture and land..

figure moving costs would be excessive, splitting the unit and all that would be a chore,it comes with everything as i plan on selling it packing my personals and heading down the road!!!

I would rent to own but it would be with $4000-$4500 down finance the difference, lot rent covers lot only, utilities have never been over 320 monthly even with highspeed internet/expanded basic cable water sewer trash pickup winter or summer mainly runs in the 250 range, with 8 people dead of winter worst one was 320 and that was with 7200 gal water usage and running two electric stoves that were not really necessary, but at the time had newborn in house,if a person didnt have to have internet and cable those alone are 100 of the total bill.A person really needs to think of the bigger picture, with the place paid for and only out 100 for lot rent and a utility bill,a person can afford to live and fix up to be really nice,be perfect for a larger family or a condensed family that wants to live within their means and isnt afraid to do a little work to have a large decent home to live in.
