We are needing to move to Paragould for my job. Can anyuone tell us of any apartments that have rentals right now. Anything from 350.00 to 500.00 per month will work. One or two bedroom. In a good part of town please. If you can add the phone numbers that would be great. Thank you

i use to live in silverwood and i had a year lease. they ripped me off big time by breaking the lease, i knew i would have to pay money but they made me pay an extra 100 dollars for "replacing & cleaning" which when i moved in, she told me the deposite of 200 dollars was for cleaning and replacing if needed.. greedy @ssholes!! and i only lived there for 3 months, there wasnt anything needed to be replaced and i kept it really clean, no stains on the carpet but i didnt feel like dealing with the RUUUDE women in the office

They did me the same way and I called the home office about it and I got my money back. Don't take their word for it call the corporate office and talk to them.

Is that all it cost to break the lease? 100.00? I need to rent a place but not sure how long I would live there. I thought you would have to pay the rent for the rest of the contract.

Why don't you go and find your own apartment? You have been posting for months trying to get people to collect phone numbers for you and send to you and here you are, STILL, eternally LOOKING. People have provided you with available apartments, preferable areas of town in which to live, phone numbers and personal experiences over and over again, and you have yet to thank anybody or just find one already.

To all the people who are trying to help these 2 losers from Pocahontas, stop. They can't be helped. You think you're helping them, but they're incapable of following through on your suggestions.

chris edrington is a really good guy to rent from. he's good about taking care of things and is almost always available to talk to to. rent is 500 month and some of the places were just built not even a year ago and are very nice. two bedroom comes furnished except washer and dryer. nice part of town and in walking distance of the park.

Yea Chris is a good landlord. He is good at getting things fixed. The apartment beside me is going to be available at the end of February. They are really nice apartments, and in a great neighborhood. We haven't had any trouble with anybody over here.

Because this person has been posting on Paragould topix for months now, asking over and over and over for help finding places in Paragould to rent. At first, this person was from Pocahontas needing to move to Paragould, wanting to know the best area of town in which to live and wanting an apartment or house that will allow a small dog. Then, apparently, this couple moved to Jonesboro and started posting on Jonesboro topix for people to help with his or her employment needs, never bothering to list job skills or experience or what sort of employment was sought. Now, a month later, Looking seems to have found employment in Paragould and wants to move here without doing any of the work in finding a place on his or her own. This couple is too flighty and dependent on others to bother helping.

Well Amy, Looking4Friends has been searching for apartments since October, at least, and have had tons of responses from nice people trying to help them. I tried to help them myself, looking up phone numbers and e-mailing a picture of some apartments to them. No thanks or anything from them; just see them ask over and over for more and more help and I don't like to see nice people wasting time on them.
