You need to read up on the AR law on streams and property rights. Unless it's classified by the state as a navigable stream then it is private property and the owner/owners can post it against trespassing. On navigable streams there are specific laws about passing the line onto private property but Sand Creek is not a legally navigable stream.

I know right. I've been too an everytime theyrs always ppl out there they can't close runnin water down. They can fence their land off but not gate the bridge or creek.

I really don't blame them for keeping vehicles, four wheelers out. So much damage, but wish they would reconsider allowing horseback riders there. We are good stewards of the land, no trash or damage.
