Googled it. Could this be a NE AR location? Sounds like a winner. http://www.napolis-rogers.com/

I looked at the menu on the Napolis website and it says drinks are $1.99 with no free refills. I hope this place isn't going in there.

That's for sure, free refills is a must. Its bad enough to pay 25c for a cup (little one at that) at Simpkins! There has allways been refills people we don't need for them to start this!

If they don't have pigs feet, barbque, or catfish on the menu it will never work in Paragould. Complaining about $1.99 for a drink? Come on people! You gripe about not having any place to eat, then whine about having to spend an extra 2 bucks for that unnecessary refill? Maybe they aren't catering to the McDonald's crowd. No wonder businesses don't want to locate here. If people here had there way, you would be able to push in your wheelbarrow to the buffet bar and have a chest port put in so they could just connect directly to the Co2 canister of soda. Unbelievable!

Why pay them for a refill when I can get unlimited refills at Chilis, Venos, and every other place in Paragould. My point was that it won't survive doing that. If u pay for refills then might as well buy beer.

MY point was...if you're so strapped that a $1.99 refill is going to break your budget, then there are other alternatives (as you've pointed out...) Do you really expect EVERY potential restaurant that considers coming here to offer the same "free refills/extra hog jowls" offer that is out there? If you're not going to frequent an eatery based on "no free refills"....then you're probably better off giving your business to the Huddle House, WaffleHouse, etc. The rest of us would like the opportunity to have a little variety.

I was actually just thrown off by it. Never seen a place charge for refills on soda.

Fair enough...it's reality man. You can't offer people "free" anything in business. Trust me..those places you mentioned "adjust" prices to offset "free refill" costs.

Mega Bucks? Snob? LOL! They're bitching about a $1.99 refill. So if I spend more than $10 on a meal, I'm a snob? You obviously don't know anything about the restaurant industry. This is hilarious! Hey everyone, load up the Bentley, I'm craving Olive Garden tonight. Or I guess I could fly my Lear jet over to Couch's for a champagne cocktail. As best as I can remember I've never been forced to purchase a meal I thought too expensive. If it's not to your liking, you turn around and leave through the same door you came in. Why start complaining about a business that hasn't even opened yet. Like I said before, if a $1.99 refill busts your budget, then there are other places to go. It's like you're saying "I can't afford it, so they suck!"

Anything or place that has grass on the lawn and leaves blowing down the street sounds great to me.
